Backyard and pool face main road in development.
The home layout is perfect for large family. Main level bedroom and master bath is great for mature adults or for those with difficulty climbing stairs.
Main floor also has 1/2 bath, kitchen with counter seating and dining table and chairs that seat 6, small living area with TV.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms all with own bathroom 3/4 or full. 2 bedrooms at front of house and 2 at back with family area in between with TV.
There are no TV’s in bedrooms.
The TVs they do have, only have premium channels so you need your log in and passwords to watch TV.
Since we are Comcast customers we were not able to access.
We had no local channels, per maintenance, we should have but he was unable to access, stated call was placed to owner.
Required another follow up as we had no response from management, informed us would be taken care of in the morning. It was never taken care of and management never followed up, therefore, we had no TV service during our stay.
Towel bars are minimal so the washer and dryer are a real bonus.
Count your towels, we were short. Glass was found on kitchen floor turns out we were short a wine glass and kitchen towel.
We had a plumbing leak in a bathroom sink, we stopped using and it was repaired 24 hours after reported.
Our code to pool was originally incorrect and had to contact management.
We paid to use grill, gas was locked when checked in, had to contact management.
Our party had T Mobile and Verizon cell service. Phones do not work out of WiFi range.
Uber drivers were unable to find address for pick up. When we went anywhere we got directions loaded on phone with WiFi before leaving. When you get to Ronald Reagan Parkway you get cell service.
There is only one way in and out of development, off of a busy road. It can take long period of time to get in, especially check in time. Left turns out can be difficult too.
Management was very helpful and pleasant for booking and making changes prior to our arrival.
After check in it was nothing but frustrating.
Extremely poor communication and follow through.
