Very clean and well equipped
The house was very clean and comfortable. It had all the essentials that you’d need and the design and furniture felt welcoming and nice. This place is highly recommended if you’ve got a big family and or friend group and need good place to stay! The house was amazing.

Getaway weekend
My friends and I had a great time at this house. Gritley was an excellent host and available for phone calls or texts at any time. Communication was great and they allowed us to even get in a little earlier than our scheduled time. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 star, was the use of the hot tub and pool. We paid the extra for the heat for the tub and pool, but never realized that the heater was on a timer and was only from I think it was 10am until appx 8pm. So that after a long day out and about, when we arrived home later at night to relax and use the hot tub and pool, they were both cold and we could not use them. We actually got to use the hot tub the first day only as we just stayed in that night and went in during those hrs. Other than that, we very much enjoyed the house and the hospitality. Thanks again Gritley! We would definitely go back!

Amazing!!!
This house was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and well designed to feel like home! We actually planned two of our days to just enjoy the house because it was that relaxing and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals and communication with the owner was lovely. They felt like family wanting to make sure we were ok and actually asking us if there was anything they could do for us!! Just amazing and very much appreciated!!

Our recent stay at this beautiful property in Florida exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and an immaculately clean home that felt like our own private oasis. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions, and great dining options nearby, yet the property itself was nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, providing the perfect retreat after a day at the parks. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space; the private pool and spacious patio were ideal for soaking up the Florida sun and unwinding in the evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep recharging ready for the next day. We had a great stay at this property, all very clean inside and pool area outside too, everything we needed - perhaps only missing a clothes airer which we bought and left in garage for other families to use. This was our 8th stay in West Haven so we know the area and where shops and restaurants are. Communication with Gritley was amazing, phone calls and texts were much appreciated.

Stunning Property
Beautiful comfortable home. We had a great three days just kicking back and relaxing poolside. Gritley was a great host, she checked in on us a couple times which was very nice. A note of caution, the HOA will tow cars parked in the street between midnight and 6:00 am.

Annual Hair Show Retreat
Very Spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Loved the back patio with the covered screened in porch. Great communication with owner, when needed. Our only complaints were the hot tub wasn’t heated due to property management forgetting to turn on the heat before we arrived, but we were refunded the fee for heating. There were not enough towels or wash cloths provided, and the air was finicky and would randomly go up to 78° in the night.

Golf stay
Property was lovely and in very good condition. Great communication with Gritley, the host who dealt with any issues we had, which were only small very quickly. Gritley even called to check everything was ok half way through our stay. Would happily stay there again.

Always wonderful!
Stayed for the third time with my sons and my mum. Had a fabulous time as I always do here. The house always looks amazing - perfectly clean and everything there that you would need to feel at home. The outlook from the villa is beautiful and all the amenities, food shops, restaurants etc, are very close by. The support from the owner and the maintenance team are second to none. ESPN Cheer Trip
We spent the weekend in Orlando for a cheer comp at ESPN Zone. It was a fairly easy commute from this location and the house was just as advertised. Clean, comfy beds and had what you needed. Only thing is we would have liked to have the pool warmer, heater cuts off at night and the pool cooled down. Host was great to work with and easy to reach when we had a minor issue with door lock which was resolved immediately. Recommend this property highly.

Great Stay
This house was great for our week in Orlando! The 4 bedrooms with queen or larger beds was a huge plus for us. The house was larger than I expected and met all our needs. We stay in Orlando for a week every year and this was one of the better houses we have rented. Very quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located by Champions Gate. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub didn't get very hot but I think that's fairly normal for the pool/hot tub combos.

Another great stay!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year and can still confirm that it feels like a 'home away from home' and would highly recommend. We got more time to spend in the home this time as we were visiting for local evening Halloween events and we all agreed that the home is situated perfectly for the theme parks but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The home also sits within a gated community so gives the added level of security. Thanks again Gritley and we will be in touch shortly to hopefully book our 3rd stay.

Great stay in a great location
We have stayed in many villas/homes in Orlando area over the past 20 years and we were all in agreement that this has been the best yet. Not too far from the attractions but far away enough to give you that secluded feeling to relax and listen to the wildlife at the back of the property. Excellent communication with the owner prior to arrival including a phone call to confirm some required details. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at renting a vacation home in the sunshine state and we are looking at booking again ourselves later this year. Thanks Gritley for an amazing stay! Always wonderful!
I had another magical stay with my mum and son at this beautiful villa. Beautiful setting and area with everything you need just a couple of minutes drive away.
