Family wedding and parks
The location was perfect for us to attend a family wedding and parks - universal and disney. We had 2 pool days and the pool facility was great for those days. Someone wrote how far away it was but we had no problem walking. Maybe if you had littles you might want to drive..

Amazing Stay Close to Disney and Universal!
I had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The house was not only stunning but also well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just about 15 minutes to the Disney parks and 20 minutes to Universal, which made our park days super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was seamless thanks to the thorough instructions and information provided. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near the parks!

Amazing property for Disney and Universal
Clean and spacious three bed, two bath located approx 20 minutes from both Disney and Universal. Three pools including one with water slides, lazy river, basketball court, and cabanas. The bathrooms and kitchen in the condo were enormous and the bedding was very cozy. Great AC, lots of towels, washer and dryer, and there is a Pubix grocery store right across the street. Host was amazing and provided a gate QR code which was worth it's wait in gold as we didn't have to wait in the incredibly long line to check in. Highly recommend.

Easy drive to all the attractions
Nice condo, it would be nice if it had a peephole on the door, 3 times people came to the door and we had no way to see who was there. The pool and social area was not walkable for adults.

Clean and comfortable
We would definitely stay here again. The space was very clean, check in was just as explained by the host, and the place had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much, but we were able to do a load of laundry and enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse. Great pool area and even had a volleyball net.

Great property and location. Love the amenities included with the stay. The place was very clean and as advertised with a great view. We had everything we needed and the check-in process was very easy thanks to the great communication with property owner. Will definitely keep this place on my list when visiting Orlando.

I really like the property, but it was a pain with the code to get in and out. The QR code didn’t really work that well. Everything was awesome other than the gates but I understand that’s not the owners fault. I would stay here again ! Very clean great location and amenities.

Fantastic stay
Great property. Very well furnished and clean!! Thoroughly enjoyed having the large, resort pool to play in and have fun, but also the smaller pool just across the way from the unit was GREAT to relax and splash a little.

Kissimmee Getaway
Very nice place to stay. It was clean and spacious. The owner was easy to work with and had very good communication with regard to check in, check out, and property amenities. The property has access to three swimming pools. One is just a pool and is about a three minute walk. The second is a pool and a lazy river that is about a ten minute walk. The third is also a pool and a lazy river but it is about an eight minute drive from the room. All swimming areas are nice but were very busy. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from our balcony each night which is a nice perk. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo
The condo was just as described in the picture and in an excellent location. The only complaint we had was the floors were dirty, they had been swept but not mopped. I walked around the condo for 20 minutes in a brand new pair of socks and they were black, very dirty...I threw them away. However, I did take a picture of them if you would like to se them. Other than the dirty floor, all was very well.

Absolutely perfect property!
This property exceeded our expectations. Not only was the property very clean and organized, it was very spacious with TVs in each bedroom plus family room and included a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need during your stay. The unit had great sound proofing walls - we never heard anything from the neighbors. It was walking distance to the water park and with a few miles of multiple theme parks and attractions. We could even see Disney World fireworks from the balcony. The bcontact for this property was very prompt with all communications. Highly recommend this property if staying in the Orlando area.
