Davenport vacation
The property was nice and clean. Loved that 3 bedrooms had king size beds and their own bathroom.nicley decorated too. Gameroom was fun on the rainy day. Overall a very nice property!

So many bedrooms!
The property was great considering its size and the pool. This would be perfect for a large family. There were only 3 of us so we had lots of sleeping options. Things were clean for the most part. The only negatives I can think of is the proximity to the next door neighbors. There’s basically no sound barrier. We had to change what beds we were sleeping in because it felt like the group staying next door was right outside the room.

Awesome place for vacation
Very much enjoyed the home. Exceptionally clean and correspondence was awesome. No issues. We will definitely book a longer period next year. If you are looking for a house with lots of room and awesome location close to parks, grocery and other amenities this is the place for you.

Perfect house for our trip
We (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect for ous. House was clean, very spacious and the kids loved it. Communication with Devon was very good and she was always available for our little questions:)

Best VRBO yet
After a terrible Tennessee rental, we were very nervous about trying again but I am SO glad we did! Devon was so responsive, every question from booking to checking out was answered within a half hour at most. We have a family member who is extremely particular about cleanliness and she was beyond happy at check in. We dropped our things and went to dinner knowing everything we needed was there and described accurately. Someone in our group has mobility problems at times but she took the room on the main level and was easily able to be part of the family whether it was pool or dinner. I can’t think of anything we would’ve liked to change, it was perfect for our 2 families to gather for the week! The pool and hot tub are kept in great condition as well

Nicest VRBO We Have Rented
Clean. All bedrooms had bathrooms. Pool was cool in late May, so recommend paying for heat if you plan to use it enough. Ambient air temps were around mid 80s. Enjoyed watching the wildlife around the lake behind the house. Everything we needed was included. Good ongoing communication with Devon, our contact person before, throughout our stay and after.

Excellent house with all amenities for a wonderful vacation!
We had great time spent at this home. The house is spacious for a group of seven. My kids loved that they each had their own bathroom. The pool and spa hit the spot after our days at the parks!! Our kids enjoyed the game room when there was down time. Truly an outstanding house!!, Any issues or questions we had Devon responded quickly and resolved!! Communication was awesome!!

Lovely family home.
We booked through Vrbo and found the whole experience very easy. The house was lovely, very clean with everything we needed and not too far from all the attractions. The children loved the pool, the barbecue was really useful as the days at the theme parks were very tiring for 5 and 8 year olds. I would definitely recommend staying here with your family.

Amazing Vacation!
We just returned from a week stay at Whispering Water Villa and were blown away! The house was so clean and tidy. The amenities provided were beyond our expectations. Everyone loved having their own space and own washroom. Catching a glimpse of the alligator out back was a highlight of our trip! Communication with Devon was quick and friendly. We would definitely return if we are ever in the Davenport area again. Thank you Devon!
