There were some issues with the place. The home was not in the shape that I would have expected for the area and price. We stayed at a home on Romeo Circle last year and it was way above the standard of this home. We found what I believed to be a roach in the dining area. The refrigerator has a huge dent in it. There are numerous wall plugs that are either broken or missing plates, also some that didn’t work at all. The light in the upstairs hallway flashed off and on. No light above the stove and bottom of stove drawer of stove was broken. Dresser in downstairs bedroom had a handle missing. Toilet seat in upstairs master was broken. Shower curtain in upstairs master bathroom had mold and hairs on it as well as in the bottom of the tub. Sliding glass patio door in left side is extremely hard to lock. There were what appeared to be old stains on the master bedroom comforter. Also I emailed the owner twice asking questions and only heard back from one of the questions two weeks after I asked the question. We just felt that it was not a very well kept place. Also sleeps 8 people but only enough seats in living room to comfortably sit three people. All the outside cushions had many stains on them we didn’t want to sit on them without covering them. When looking for something we dropped between the couches we found that it has not been cleaned for quite sometime, neither has around the washer and dryer. I am hoping that if your company truly cares about your customers someone will look into theses issues and get back with me over theses issues. Properties in this community should leave people with a positive experience. Higher prices are paid for extra comfort, roominess and cleanliness of a private townhome as opposed to a budget hotel. This property was comparable to a local chain budget hotel, rather than a vacation home. I have sent a similar email to the owner as well. Just wanted you guys to know since they are listening through you.
