“Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

“Well maintained property and friendly as well as polite staff. Had a problem with shut-off shower which was fixed immediately by their team. Stay was pleasant and really recommended for couples and families.”

“Apartamento limpio y bien equipado, fácil de aparcar si vas en coche, y aunque la cuesta es empinada, esta bastante cerca del centro, lleno de supermercados y restaurantes ”

“Great location, it’s 5 minutes walk to the Rhodes ferry terminal and less than 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator but reception kindly gave us a hand with all our luggage. The only downside is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors as well as all the traffic on the street. It wasn’t a huge downside for us, but I would just be wary of it if you’re sensitive to noise/are a light sleeper”

“Otel merkezi konumda olup ulaşım her yöne sorunsuzdu. Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Yalnızca,kettle kirliydi ve eskiydi en büyük ihtiyaç olduğundan artık değiştirilmesi gereken durumdaydı. Kahve makinesi yerine de çaydanlık düşünülebilirdi. Buzdolabı kirliydi. Sanki hiç temizlenmiyor havası verdi. Sürekli asansörde de, kirli çamaşırların bulunması ve taşınması tuhaftı. Genel anlamda iyiydi. Yine tatil için kalmak istediğimizde tercih ederiz. ”

"Habiendo solicitado habitación en piso alto, Primero una habitación con mal olor, luego una en 4o piso Estando preparada, bloquearon en la tarjeta de crédito el costo diario de la habitación además de us$ 300 por posibles gastos. Continúan bloqueando aproximadamente us$ 400. En resumen: un desastre la gestión"
