Oriental vacation
All 4 adults and 2 young children were extremely happy with all aspects of the property. Fabulous location with extensive water views and the home contains all you could wish for. The property manager was outstanding dealing with any matters efficiently and in a friendly and timely manner. Would definitely stay here again

Peaceful
The property was the perfect amount of peace we wanted and needed. I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was thought of with this house and it is beautiful! The only two suggestions we have are: Get a lock which allows you to use a code instead of a key for ease of use and maybe a king size bed in the master…it would certainly fit! Plenty of space inside and out! We will be returning…hopefully next time with our boat!

This house was great for us. Very cozy but also spacious enough common areas for us to have big dinners. Very comfortable furniture and beds. The view of the river was spectacular.

Family get away
Nice and clean and great waterfront lot. Only thing that would be an nice addition is a T.V. in the master. My ears ring all the time and a T.V. makes it easier to deal with until I fall asleep

Fishing Weekend!

Gorgeous Home/location
We have been vacationing in Oriental for more than 10 years, but have never rented a house here before. This house far exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The decor was beautiful; simple & modern. Traveled with teens and grandparents and everyone enjoyed the space. Caught an assortment of fish right off the dock, our charter captain was able to pick us up for our fishing trips each day at the dock. Smith Creek is beautiful and quiet and a great place to Kayak. (Nice surprise! Having kayaks and life jackets to use) The location of property was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. The landscaping was neat and clean- with plenty of room. The house was very well stocked with everything you needed and the rental company was very responsive to questions. I couldn’t recommend this house highly enough. Would rent this property again and again!!!

Better Than Expected
I have rented 15+ properties over the past few years and this was the first one that was BETTER than the pictures. Don't get me wrong, the pictures are very accurate, but this property is a true gem. Everything was immaculate. Communication leading up to the trip was great, check-in process was smooth, and the condition of the property was top-notch. I loved all of the personal touches all over the home. Really made me feel like I was staying at a friends house. 10/10 recommmend.

Cute waterfront property
Spacious, clean house! Loved the private dock and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, boating and fishing. Kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room which is on yhe opposite side of the house from the living room. 🤩

Everything and more
This place looks exactly like it shows. The process was very easy and smooth. Private but still easy access to downtown. The house is spacious and great for 6 adults. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds and bathrooms were fine. Note: Lots of stairs - if you have trouble with stairs then you will need to think about this place. Otherwise, the dock and underneath the house are very nice. Two drawbacks are not all bedrooms had places to put suitcases or dressers (assuming just not complete with renovations) and the pocket door may need some type of handle to pull out. I would recommend this place and Beth Frazier & Associates.

We love Oriental!
Wonderful property that checked all the boxes for us. The view from the dock was amazing and we were able to keep our boat in all week. Great fishing right around our dock and house was just beautiful. We’ve been coming to this area for years and this house did not disappoint.

Wonderful stay in Oriental, NC
Our family fully enjoyed our stay at Spinnaker Point. The house was just as lovely as advertised. It was very clean and had all that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essential cooking equipment needed to prepare family meals. The closets were loaded with plenty of extra bedding and towels. My boys enjoyed long nights fishing on the dock. Thanks to the owners for sharing their gorgeous home with us!

Nice property but ...
Property was spotless, and the water view is wonderful. Area for improvement though: 1. Make sure to mention in description that boat lift is not available for guest to use to avoid confusion. 2. Previous guest is asked to flip the electrical breaker for hot water tank to off position as part of their check-out process, however, new guest is not told to flip it back on when checking in. We ended up having no hot water for showering first night until we called property manager next day. 3. Dishwasher was clogged and leaking water to floor. It was un-usable for our stay. I guess this is understandable and could happen to any property.
