Este condominio moderno y espacioso se encuentra en primera línea de playa en Eagle Beach, que está clasificada como una de las 10 mejores playas más bellas del mundo. Desde el condominio tiene maravillosas vistas de la playa de arena blanca, aguas turquesas y espectaculares puestas de sol.

Decorado con buen gusto, el condominio cuenta con un amplio salón abierto, comedor y cocina. Ofrece 2 habitaciones dobles, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene un gran armario empotrado con amplio espacio y la habitación Queen tiene un televisor montado en la pared. Hay un baño moderno completo con ducha, lavabo, inodoro y secador de pelo. La sala de estar / comedor es espaciosa con cómodos sofás y sillas y tiene una vista panorámica al mar.

Hay una mesa de comedor superior de vidrio con sillas para cenas más formales. El salón tiene un televisor de plasma de pantalla plana de 32 '' montado en la pared con sistema de cable gratuito y conexión inalámbrica a internet de banda ancha. Hay una cocina moderna totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y una gran barra de desayuno con taburetes. El salón se abre a un gran balcón en forma de L con mesas y sillas que le permite comer y beber al aire libre con comodidad. También hay otro cuarto de lavado para invitados. Para su comodidad, hay una sala de lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora.

Perfect Location
This condo has the perfect proximity to Eagle Beach. Literally a 5 min. Walk from the door to the beach. We cooked dinners most nights and the unit had everything we needed. WWeenjoyed the condo very much!

Amazing Rental on Eagle Beach
This property was fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was extremely clean and had a nice view of Eagle Beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the grocery store was a very short drive away. Everything you need to have a great beach vacation was there.

Loved our stay at Oceania!
We loved everything about our trip to Aruba! The condo was a perfect home base for our family! We enjoyed Eagle Beach several days and enjoyed dinner close by several nights (scootered to Twist of Flavors, walked to Horizons at Amsterdam Manor - recommend both!). We also rented a truck so we explored the island quite a bit. We did Baby Beach and Rodgers Beach one day (loved both), Arikok National Park (Conchi Natural Pool) one day (scary at times even with 4WD but loved exploring), and Arashi and Tres Trapi beaches one day (loved both). We also drove to Palm Beach three different days eating dinner at Iguana Joe’s and MooMba Beach Bar - both were good) and did the Jolly Pirates snorkeling (which we all loved). On the last day, we explored the north part of the island (California lighthouse area - it’s beautiful - and then had a late lunch at Zeerover’s. It was super casual and had fresh seafood right on the water! Overall, our trip was fantastic and we loved being on Eagle Beach!!

A slice of paradise
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious and well laid out. The balcony has gorgeous views and the pools and beach were not crowded. Ted and Marilyn are gracious hosts who provided helpful information about visiting this one happy island.

Great condo!
Beautiful condo/view! Spacious and clean. We are a family of 4 with two grown kids and had plenty of room. Loved having washer/dryer, beach chairs and ice maker! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beach and pool had very few people. We rented a car and used it daily for activities, shopping and sightseeing. Jean at front gate/security was so kind and funny! He made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic!
We were greeted by Anna the minute we arrived at the property. Anna provided an informative overview of the property. She was so incredibly friendly! The property was delightful! It was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful! Great location; close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. We felt so safe! We were already having conversation about returning before we even left! Thank you so much Aruba! We absolutely loved your friendly island and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely awesome
This place was the best that we could’ve hoped for. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sunset every night very close walk to the beach. House was exceptionally clean couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The people were all very friendly and nice. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Place for Perfect Vacation in the Sun
We rented this condo for 6 nights. The location was perfect, right at the quiet part of beautiful Eagle Beach. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need. The owners provided lots of very helpful information. The person who met us was delightful. The whole apartment was clean and welcoming and we wanted for nothing. The entire condo complex was well cared for - everything clean and very user friendly!! We were in Aruba, visiting friends who are Aruban and they strongly recommended Oceania and now we will spread the word to folks we know who will be vacationing in Aruba. We will be back!!!

Great time in spacious condo right on Eagle Beach
We got back from Aruba last night and we had a great time and this condo was perfect for us. First, I mainly dealt with Ted, who was an excellent communicator and very responsive. The property management team that he uses onsight is very good as well. The condo is very clean and more spacious than you might think, especially with a very long hallway seperating the living area from the bedrooms and main bath. The condo is confortable and has a wrap around deck (it is a corner unit). This came in handy for the island-wide fireworks display on New Year’s Eve. There is a new resort being built next door so, for now, it is unfortunate but we did not even notice it after a day or two and there is not much noise. It will be totally fine when done. There is construction being done all over the island so par for the course. Very short walk to one of the best beaches we have ever been to. Cool white sand, turquoise waters, palapas (first come first serve) - perfect. About a 12-15 minute walk to the SuperMart grocery store and various restaurants. We used cabs all week, which were reasonable and prompt for what we needed. All in all, a great rental experience for my family and I.

Paradise in Aruba
It was paradise. Our condo side and pool were our favorite as there were fewer units but although there was 75% occupancy you could not tell it. Our beach was the least crowded and the water temp was perfect! We did not rent a car and found lunch places and dinner places in walking distance. The patio had a great view of the beach and the unit was perfect! We had a representative who greeted us, Ana, and she was amazing and helpful and She also met us at the end of our sta. We have never had that kind of service. Our host always responded to my questions and easy to reach by phone. It was our 50th anniversary and we were greeted by balloons and sparkling wine. Such an unexpected welcome. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at the Oceania Residences . Totally different from the high rise hotels and timeshare experience. Cross the street and you have a huge clean beach to explore. Pools are never crowded. Apartment was very well stocked. Great rental....

Budget paradise
The condo is perfect but there were some issues along the way with the outside. The pool was not very clean and though I loved the iguanas there was poop all around the pool. The beach is across the street and there are only 10 palapas available so you have to be out there at 8am to get a spot and not fry the whole day. I definitely recommend getting a car, for the same money you’ll be paying for taxis and waiting for them or the bus the cars are super easy to get around and with ease. I do ask the owners to consider have an umbrella available for the people that cannot get a palapa. But the chairs were available and was perfect, the low rise district restaurants were our favorite and all on the water so the condo location was perfect for restaurants, but the grocery store is a little while away and hard to carry all your stuff for the week to and from so best to get a car in that sense too.

Amazing place
Love the condo, the grounds, the people working at the location. It has great security with easy parking if you rent a car and beautiful beach, and pool. The condo was clean, and honestly much bigger than it appears in pictures. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and a cooler for our beach days. I can’t wait to go back, the condo and the island exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Location
The good: The location on Eagle Beach is amazing. The condo is an easy walk across the street where you’ll find great palapas and a gorgeous beach. A lot of great restaurants nearby and Super Foods is a quick car ride away. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you may need; the host even got us a coffee press. It was great having a washing machine in the unit to be able to wash towels and clothes. The host provided laundry detergent, which was a pleasant surprise. The property is well maintained and staff on site were nice and helpful. The just okay: the “master” bedroom is pretty small with a large built in closet, which was great for storage, but ended up making the room feel claustrophobic. The full bathroom is quite small. It’s obvious the true “master” and possible en-suite is located behind a door marked “Private.” (There is a half-bath near the kitchen/living room.) The bad: There is new construction being built to the left, which is not in any way the host’s fault, but does mare the view slightly and means you will have construction sounds from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Absolute treat of a stay
Our family of 4 (two teens) stayed here for a week in early June and if you are considering this property, do it! Location was perfect - quiet, close access to beautiful beach with palapas and lovely pools, plus a great gym on site. Condo had all the space we needed and was stocked with basic household items plus beach chairs and pool towels and toys making it easy to just pack clothes and toiletries! Great communication prior to and during our stay though not a thing was needed during our stay as the condo was just as expected. Highly recommend - delightful!

Amazing location and hosts
We loved the location -across the street from the most amazing part of eagle beach-always quiet yet short walk away from food. The apartment is huge and very clean and everything is well stocked ,the property managers are very helpful with a lot of tips and help days before arrival. The only watch out is the construction on the left side, as mentioned on other reviews. As long as you sit with the back to do it, you are OK otherwise it’s a bit of an eyesore and does get noisy early in the morning when the construction workers start to gather in the parking lot right behind the bedroom window. But it’s nothing to do with the property owners who are an absolute five to work with the or . Oceania is very secure, easy to get a taxi, the rental car also came right to the parking lot. We did use the tennis courts on property which was nice . I would stay here again and overall rate our stay a 4.5!

Couldn't have been better!!!
This was one of the best vacations we have taken. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and had plenty of room for myself, husband, daughter and her boyfriend. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed! Ted and Marilyn were fantastic hosts! They responded to any question or need we had immediately (not just through the booking process but throughout our stay)! The location was excellent. We were just steps from the pool and beach and a short walk to beach bars and restaurants, and a short taxi ride to anywhere on the island. I would highly recommend!!

Perfect in every way
The owner of this property thought of everything. They even provided shopping bags so we wouldn’t have to purchase at the local market. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the sitting room. Great views and perfect location. The pool on this side is much quieter than the other.
