Fabulosos 6 habitaciones (3 suites principales), 4 baños con piscina y jacuzzi en casa

Nuestra casa de seis habitaciones, cuatro baños, está decorada por diseñadores y tiene mucho espacio para toda la familia. Tres de las seis habitaciones son cal-king master con baño privado, una de las cuales se encuentra en el segundo piso. Los tres dormitorios restantes son una cama tamaño queen y dos habitaciones para niños con literas completas. Estas habitaciones tienen acceso al baño del pasillo. Todas las habitaciones tienen 47 "LCD TV.

El salón principal de concepto abierto es perfecto para el entretenimiento. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes con paneles personalizados, encimeras de granito, salpicaduras de travertino y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: estufa / horno, lavavajillas, microondas y refrigerador. Justo al lado de la cocina hay una lavadora y secadora grandes para uso de los huéspedes. El comedor tiene capacidad para diez con asientos adicionales en la barra de mostrador de la cocina. La habitación familiar tiene un televisor de 60 'con reproductor de DVD y los mejores 250 canales de Time Warner. Hay internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad también.

Fuera de la sala familiar se accede al año privado posterior. Hay una hermosa piscina climatizada en el suelo con jacuzzi. Supervisamos y controlamos la temperatura de forma remota desde nuestra oficina para asegurarnos de que esté en y a la temperatura cuando llegue. Además, disfrute de nuestro comedor al aire libre y sala de descanso y barbacoa de gas natural.

La sala de juegos, en el garaje, tiene ping pong, air hockey y piscina para los niños. Hay un pack 'n play, cochecitos, trona y asiento elevado para sus bebés y niños pequeños. Colchón de aire tamaño queen está disponible en el hogar para camas adicionales.

Todos los muebles, muebles, etc. son nuevos a partir de febrero de 2015. A solo 15 minutos en auto de Disneyland y / o del Centro de Convenciones de Anaheim, puedes ver los fuegos artificiales de Disneyland desde el patio. La casa tiene aire acondicionado central y calor.

Great Home!
The home is perfect for family disney trips. One of the master bedrooms ran out of hot water quickly but likely due to the amount of people showering at the same time.Overall, it was a great home. If you pay a refundable deposit , be prepared for a 15 business day Hold to get it back.

Great house!
We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our family (me, my husband, three adult children and spouses and one infant grandson). The house has plenty of space and seating for everyone, a well supplied kitchen, and of course the pool and hot tub. Management came by a couple times (not requested by us) and fixed one of the tv’s and then replaced the grill with a brand new one. It’s clear that they try hard to keep things up and in good working order We didn’t have any issues at all. They also were great at communicating (they gave us 24 hour notice that they would be stopping by to fix something) and responded pretty quickly to a couple of questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Family visit
House was very large and fit our groups needs.we enjoyed our stay very much with everyone having there own bathrooms and kids sharing. Pool area and backyard were beautiful. Several issues should be addressed 1 sliding door to pool is EXTREMELY difficult to open 2 floors left your feet black 3 lights in master bedroom/bathroom 1. were crazy not staying on motion sensor didn't function correctly 4 Dining room chairs need to be padded or replaced. Very uncomfortable. 5 water pressure in some bathrooms were weak

Really nice house. Great layout with tons of room. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Very nice having a game room in the garage. Very easy on and off the highway. Very close to grocery store. I would book it again for sure

Lots of space and things to do
The house advertised multiple sleeping areas with the capacity for a large number of people and it did not disappoint! Many times places “say” they sleep many, but not comfortably. This one did! The jacuzzi was a little tough to know when we had effectively turned it on and off but that’s really my only downside. We thought the property was stellar!

Very Spacious and loved using “Belle Hopt” for grocery delivery!
The property management company offered “Belle Hopt” and I was able to pre order groceries and when we checked in, the fridge was full of the groceries I ordered. LOVED THAT!!

Great Property
The house was very spacious and clean. It had plenty of beds and enough room to never feel crowded. The backyard is a beautiful space with the pool and hot tub. The garage having a ping pong table and pool table was a great added source of recreation.

This is an adequate home. The floor layout was perfect for our family. It is not clean and by no means luxurious as stated. Furniture was very soiled. And the floor was absolutely filthy. The handy man came as called and was responsible to do what repairs were needed.

Very nice home and pool
Loved all the master bedrooms in this home, plenty of room for our family. The pool was great, the kids loved it… they did freak out about all the spider webs on all the outdoor furniture, but grandpa cleaned them off for us. Also most of the house was clean except for the floors in the house were very dirty, you couldn’t wear your socks or bare feet around the house or they would get black from the dirt, cleaners need to mop all the floors! Very close to Disneyland and the beach, our family had a great time!

Overall a Nice House!
First of all, I would agree with some of the past reviews that this house is a bit worn-out. With that said, I think the overall appearance of the house is okay. The one thing I was not impressed with was the lack of cleanliness of the home. We had to vacuum upon our arrival and there were several sticky marks throughout the kitchen and dining room and on nightstands. The house was also quite dusty. In all fairness, it seems like this house was pretty booked before and after our stay, so perhaps housekeeping didn't have enough time to thoroughly clean the home. The house itself is spacious and accommodating. The pool and spa were also nice. We had a couple issues with things not working during our stay, and the property manager almost instantly corrected the issues while we were there. All in all, the location is great, but I would recommend not viewing this as a luxury home. To me, it is more average, but rest assure the property management company is readily available to help if anything does come-up, and the house itself is large and fully stocked with the items shown in their pictures (plus some!).

Great Out of town retreat
We had some team members from out of town come and stay. The house was great for gathering before meetings, connecting with co-workers. The many rooms and private bathrooms allowed for everyone to have a great experience away from their local offices

Great location but a very tired home.
The indoor bedroom furniture needs to be replaced and updated. Two bed frames were broken or unstable. Many dining chairs need to replaced. There was a leaking shower and bathroom facet. Overall this house was in a great location but is very tired and worn. It looks dirty on the inside.
