the property would have been nice if the unit we were rented wasn't still under renovations. The check in was difficult and once inside the unit you realize it is still under going renovations. pictures that are suppose to be on the walls are all over the unit with big ones blocking the view of the harbor. when you try to contact the person that is going to help you, you cant even get a call back. there was so much wrong in the unit-refrigerator plug was laying on the counter with the water line also, louvered door to laundry hanging looking like it is about to fall, construction material on the side of the master bathtub, TV did not work because cable connection was hanging out of the wall,ect- when the contact person says she the refigerator may not be cold yet because it was just pluged in that afernoon it is apparent she has no idea what she is talking about. If this unit was cleaned to covid standards that they claim the cleaning people would have made magement aware to the defects of the unit. I could not find another place to stay that night but we left early the next morning. If this is how yall treat customers then I will let them know on travelocity, facebook and any other social media I can. I aked for a full refund and have not received a reply yet. I sure hope they realize there lack of caring and judgement and make it right.I have pictures of all that I am claiming and they can go on social media also. I have used VRBO in the past and I hope you would have some input in correcting the lack of personal feeling this magement company has.
