Wouldn’t stay again

Parking: I was charged twice. They made me pay again when arriving to get the ticket to put in vehicle. I tried to reach the management company and talk to someone about this issue and 0 phone calls back. I sent an email review and they said someone would be calling in 24-48 hrs and 0 calls.
Holes in the mattress: my husband found a huge hole in the mattress that we slept on.
Comforters: these are very thin down comforter ( duvet) with no cover. Cheap and you would think they would wash and dry them… that brings me to my next section..
Dryer- Dryer took about 3 cycles to get a small load dry.
Elevator- remember your on the very top floor. The elevators are extremely busy and the wait to get on could be 20-30 min.
