Perfect location with direct access to a low-populated beach area and multiple pools! Checking in and out was easy, and despite what thecommunication said, we were able to pay for parking with card, not cash. Our room was TIGHT for four adults and a child (we had to shove the bed over to fit the roll-out bed needed for a fifth person, the sleeper sofa took up the entire living room space, and there was no table to eat or play games at) and there was no broom in the room (and we couldn't get anyone to bring one to us), so we had sand all over by the time we left. We had a good time, but next time, we'll need to find a place with more living space.

We do not spend alot of time inside but the condo was perfect for us. It was clean. The bed was comfortable & there are plenty extra pillows. My major challenge when I stay somewhere is figuring out the tv (I’m a bedtime tv watcher). I had no issues at all!

Nice room!
The inside of the condo was super clean and nice. It had everything we needed and a few extras. Loved the option of three outdoor pools and a kiddie pool. The ocean was a short walk a way with rentals very close. Plenty of room to spread out on the beach and it wasn’t overly crowded. We would definitely return to this condo if we ever return to orange beach!

Terrible communication
The property is as pictured but the washing machine leaked everywhere and getting the issue resolved was SUPER difficult. In fact when we checked out this morning the washing machine still had standing water in it. We wasted an entire day waiting for a maintenance worker to show up and it was almost a full 24 hours after we notified someone. Someone should be on site to handle these types of issues.
