My husband and I spent a weekend, and we found it to be just right for just the two of us. The place is a little older and could use some tlc, but it was clean and acceptable for us. The lock is a little odd, and there was a broken wall outlet along with a few other things that could be fixed.
The beach is very easily accessed from this unit, and there is a restaurant and a convenience store within walking distance. (Disclaimer: crossing the large highway it’s on is more or less do-able, but I wouldn’t call this a walkable area.) Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions are a very short drive away, as is Pensacola.
The listing indicated that parking was cash-only ($35), but they do accept credit and debit cards. Beach service is available and was $45 for a day, though Vacasa told me that it was not available. Overall, it was a nice stay. If you’re looking for something for 2-3 people with quick access to the beach but no frills, this is worth booking.
