Cannot recommend, needs lots of TLC
We've stayed in beach condos probably 25 times and this is the first one that I absolutely cannot recommend. Internet is unreliable. Constantly in and out. A huge negative if you plan to work. Unit needs some major TLC. Dining room table is an eight seater with only 5 chairs. One of the chairs was found in the master closet.. broken. 3 barstools, one of which was broken. We all got back aches from the worn out couch; not to even mention how nasty and stained up the couch is. Kitchen... dishes in cabinets were dirty, cookware leaves a lot to be desired. The skillet was nasty/ unuseable. (we eat all meals in so the kitchen and table seating issues really had a negative affect on our vacation. Refrigerator, missing all but 1 shelf in door, really limiting food storage space. I messaged the company on the day of arrival to ask if they had any folding chairs they could bring... NO! VRBO listing noted that each bathroom would have a travel sized lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and mouth wash. There were NONE in any of the bathrooms. Ceiling in master bathroom is peeling. I also reported lamp in queen bedroom not working... ceiling light out in bar area and toilet in queen bath runs constantly. Those are things that can happen.. but received 0 response from reporting. I stayed in this building 2 years ago, different unit. That unit was well cared for. Beautiful beach and views. Building is great ( expensive parking) but cannot recommend this unit.
