Este hermoso condominio está ubicado en Phoenix East II en Orange Beach, Alabama. Este edificio tiene algunas de las mejores comodidades de la ciudad y la unidad en sí está actualizada y recientemente amueblada. Hay espacio para toda la familia en este espacioso condominio de 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 8. Las comodidades en Phoenix East II incluyen: 2 piscinas frente al mar - Piscina cubierta - Tinas calientes - Gimnasio - Área de barbacoa - Pistas de tenis - ¡y sauna! 

Ingrese al condominio y encontrará una gran cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hemos abastecido la cocina con muchos utensilios de cocina y platos para que pueda preparar comidas fácilmente. Los asientos de la cocina incluyen una mesa de comedor y un bar. La sala de estar da al Golfo de México y al Paso Perdido, una vista inmejorable. Hay muchos asientos cómodos, así como un gran televisor de pantalla plana, centro de entretenimiento y juegos de mesa. También tenemos una lavadora y secadora para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible. 

El dormitorio principal tiene una puerta corredera de cristal con vistas al golfo y acceso al porche. Hemos amueblado al maestro con una cama king size y TV de pantalla plana. ¡El baño principal ha sido completamente remodelado para 2018! Esta es una de las pocas unidades en el edificio que ahora tiene una ducha y encimeras de granito en el baño principal.

Las dos habitaciones comparten el segundo baño y están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana. Hay 3 camas queen entre las dos habitaciones de invitados. 

¡Hemos configurado este condominio para que tenga las mejores vacaciones posibles! Relájate en el porche y disfruta de las vistas o toma el sol en la playa o en la piscina, ¡no te puedes equivocar! ¡Por favor, háganos saber si tiene alguna pregunta que nos encantaría atenderle!

Roomy condo
This was a great condo. Loved the layout. My only issue was there were several dishes in cabinet dirty. Had to was almost everything we touched and several outlets in condo(especially in kitchen)did not work. But I would definitely stay in this condo again. Very nice staff and overall place was clean. For a family very spacious condo.

Perfect location
Wonderful stay! The unit fit two families comfortably. Very clean, outfitted with all the kitchen items we could need. Beds, furniture and even the patio was very inviting and comfortable. We had one rainy day and we’re inside and enjoyed the games in the unit. Our only slight complaint was one member of our party was working and the internet was pretty slow. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

Fantastic Stay!
The check-in/check-out process was fast and simple. The condo had everything we needed. The view was incredible and the outdoor furniture was perfect. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Beautifully Decorated
This condo was in a great location and communication with proper manager was excellent. The only complaint is the bedding (comforters, shams, pillows, extra blankets) in master bedroom smelled musty and the sheets were sandy. Also, the towel rack was broken. A comforter in another bedroom had a few stains.

Our entire experience from booking online to check-in to check-out was great. The condo and property well great and interaction with the staff was even better. Our condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our large balcony with room for all of our family to enjoy together.

Very nice condominium
The Condo was very pretty. It had all the amenities we needed and then some extra. The stay would have been perfect except for one thing. The sheets were either so old or so cheap that they were pilling up on two of the beds. It made sleeping hard. It was so awful, we eventually abandoned one of the beds and went and stayed in the other condo we had rented. That may seem trivial, but it really was a turn-off. Check-in could have gone easier also.

Amazing Condo!
We are from Washington state and we try to vacation to Orange Beach once a year. This is our first time staying in this condo and we were nothing but impressed, so cozy and clean!! The beds were so comfortable, we slept great our whole stay. All amenities you need for your stay. View was phenomenal with lots of boat activity. I hope we can stay in this condo in the future!

The condo was beautifully decorated. You had everything you need at your fingertips. The floor was perfect for a beautiful view. Also, we loved the outdoor seating area with couches. It looked like the only one with couches and chairs on balcony. Was a plus for sure!! Thanks for sharing with us.

Great condo-great location
This was our second year at this condo. The condo is very nice, great views, great location. The view from the balcony is awesome, being right next to the Perdido Pass it is nice to watch the boats come and go. The time it takes to get from the condo to your chair on the beach is about 2 minutes. Also right next to the jetty if you have fishermen in the family. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Wonderful condo with exceptional view.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was one of the best rooms we have booked with at any of the Phoenix condominiums. It was very spacious and clean. It was very easy to get into contact with the condo representivie if there were any questions or concerns. We plan to be back and stay at this exact condo again!

Poor security/privacy issue
Great decor, location & view but privacy/security was an issue. Maintenance let themselves in to drop off filters. There was no communication (phone call,text,email,posting) prior to this incident. When speaking with property manager he stated it was important to conduct monthly filter changes, yet there were “10” filters in the closet. Renters beware; if you are in the restroom unable to answer the door, they will just let themselves in.

We loved our stay!
We loved our stay here and had the perfect vacation despite some small challenges. The property and condo are great. Great location, great views. The balcony was my happy place in the morning while my husband and son went fishing at the jetty which is just a short walk away. Chairs with umbrellas and an attendant who came by to adjust my umbrella as the sun shifted throughout the day were the perfect relaxation spot for me and exactly what I come to the beach for! I would definitely return! The only complaints were jelly fish and a master bath shower that really needs updating/replacing.

Just ok.
We stayed at the condo June 14th-June 18th. The condo is a little dated with the master bath shower being not good at all.. and the master bath being small. We had a little trouble with a moldy shower curtain in the guest bath but they came the next morning and replaced it.
