Work Event -2nd time staying at this property
Outstanding overall stay! This was my 2nd time booking this property and I intend on booking it again. Property is exactly as listed, super clean, and quiet. We loved using the hot tub to relax our aching muscles after the event, the teens enjoyed the game room. We will be back November 2025!!!

Very nice house, neighborbood is nice with security cameras, so its safe no need to worry about car outside. Just a little far from everything meaning that you can't walk anywhere you have to drive. But for us it was perfect with the children and the backyard that is fenced up we would definitly book this house again!

Check in was easy! Host left a small basket of snacks and a welcome booklet with information about check out process, places to eat, things to do and various other information. Hot tub was great! Host was easy to get in touch with! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, ample room, very fair
We used to live in Foley and we’re looking for a way to visit and see all of our old favorite places. This home gave us a good family space in Orange Beach with a wonderful location close to many of our old dives. The neighborhood was in a nice safe area with many amenities that made for nice family conversation (nice open floor plan with kitchen and comfortable sectional couch) and fun evenings (pool table, ping pong and darts). The house was plenty large enough for our family of six. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, and there were many nice touches like a welcome basket and small amenities in each of the bathrooms. The house itself was fairly immaculate, the bathtubs, showers, floors, etc. were very clean upon arrival. However, when it came time to prepare our first nights sleep, it was then that we discovered the linens had not been washed well. Let me be clear, the linens had clearly been washed as they smelled very clean. However, they were all covered in black dog hair as though there had been a previous dog on the premises and the linens just weren’t “de-haired” or inspected thoroughly after washing and the beds were made with these linens. There were several items in the house that were broken from previous renters so I just took a quick entrance video and made the property manager aware of both the linen situation and the broken items. She was very quick to respond ALWAYS, and very helpful. Very apologetic about the linens and made it right.

Great Home Away from Home
The property was great. The top concern for me whenever staying somewhere is cleanliness. This place smelled freshly cleaned upon entry and everything was in a great state of cleanliness. The house was very comfortable for the time that we did spend in it. From a reclining sofa, throw blankets available if needed, and a great little coffee bar. The backyard was fenced in for traveling pets and there is a nice little waste station to keep yard clean. Didn’t get to use the hot tub but it looked clean. Quiet neighborhood, definitely felt safe. Driveway for parking car. Very convenient location to wharf (1.5 miles away) and beach (about 10-15 minute drive).

The house was in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. The kitchen faucet was broken but useable. The AC wasn't working well at night. Plenty of dishes and towels. Gas grill was nice. The back sliding door would not lock so there was a curtain rod holding it closed. Otherwise the rental property was nice for our family.

Had a great time exploring the area: WMA, Fort Morgan, National Seashore, Alabama Zoo. House was great and very clean and comfortable. Even the dogs were relaxed here. And they had a nice fenced in yard to play in. Great home base inland but close to everything!

Everything We Needed!
We enjoyed our stay! From the nice, clean smell when we walked in, we were immediately relaxed and comfortable. The decor and setup of the home is very inviting and welcoming. The ping pong table and the pool table were an added bonus!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property for a weekend. It’s located in a perfect spot just across from the Wharf and the Convention center. The house was spotless, perfectly furnished, and incredibly accommodating for a great stay. We highly recommend this property and would return if we come back to Orange Beach! Thanks for everything!

Orange Beach VRBO
My wife and I stayed here for the month of February 2023. It is located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. One of the best features of the home is the location. It is just minutes away from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and the Ocean. The property is as described in the write up. The shower pressure in the master bathroom rocked!! The hot tub was clean and hot. The thermostat quit working on a Saturday night ( newer digital remote one) A phone number was called and property owner responded. The thermostat required new batteries and had to be reset using the owners on line App. Repair was completed on Sunday. We would stay again.
