El principal cuenta con una cama king con baño privado y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales. Summerchase 807 está en el octavo piso, tiene capacidad para 7 huéspedes con un sofá cama en la sala de estar e incluye conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. Beach Getaway
This condo was beautiful and well maintained. We were very comfortable here and the view from the balcony was stunning. We were centrally located to lots of activities and access to the beach was easy. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to book it again in the future.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue that we had was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods. That really isn’t enough for 5 adults staying for a week, especially since we cook two meals a day at the condo.

Perfect condo for family of 5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The location is directly on the beach with beach access and is very near Walmart, which is a huge perk for a mom of 3. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a great stay. The only hiccup was a tv that didn't work. It wouldve been nice on our rainy day, we had good communication with the management company unfortunately unable to resolve. Otherwise everything was clean and worked as expected. we would stay again recommend!

Great condo!
We enjoyed this property for annual girls beach trip. The condo was very clean and perfect for the 5 of us. The only complaint is that we didn’t have enough towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Beach Vacation
A decent unit in an older/dated building. The goods: -Convenient location and beautiful views. -comfortable beds and furniture -Clean -Located away for other large units so the beach is not as crowded The bads: -older unit with popcorn ceilings -kitchen had no seasoning but was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc -AC unit doesn’t keep up completely so it feels muggy at times Overall good unit. 4/5

Last minute weekend getaway♥️
Hubby was in Mobile for a class Monday-Wednesday so I flew down Thursday morning for a few days at the beach. The property was perfect! Clean, fabulous view and good location. The beach is just a quick walk across the boardwalk. We hope to come back soon!!

Beautiful condo!
Beautiful view from the balcony. We saw dolphins swimming each morning. The lot beside summerchase has not been developed so there was plenty of space to spread out on the beach. Felt very private. The condo had everything we needed and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in and check out were very simple.

Beautiful place
The location was amazing. Because there is not another condo/hotel next to this building the beach felt very private and not crowded at all. The condo was beautiful and much roomier than I expected. The outdoor and indoor pools are pretty small, but we were there for the beach and I was thrilled they had an indoor pool because we were caught in a tropical storm. My only complaint is the check-in process. It should have been super simple and I would have loved and appreciated it. But they were almost an hour and half late sending us the code to get into the room and there was NO communication letting us know they were running late or how long they would be. We had four children with us and had driven over 12 hours, so we were exhausted and the not knowing was very painful. If we had been told we could have gone to a store or restaurant to wait.

We LOVED staying in Summerchase 807! It was beautifully decorated and perfect for my family of 5.
Everything was great. From booking, check in, cleanliness of the property, all exceeded our expectations. We loved the fact that it’s a smaller complex with no direct neighbors. The beach and pool were never crowded. Perfect beach getaway for my family of five.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Was called at 4:30 to tell me not to buy groceries because something was wrong with fridge and had to put a loaner but had already bought groceries so they were ruined and no one could HELP! Could not turn air below 70 degrees and it was hot! No pillow cases for extra pillows. NO blow dryer in room, I have NEVER been to a condo with no blow dryer. Then car broke down and I called to see if I could check out a little late and again NO HELP I will never stay again where Liquid whatever the name is managers the property!
