Family celebration
It was an awesome experience. We were celebrating an 18th birthday as a family. The kids had access to so many options to keep them busy. The resort was very very clean at all times. The Cobalt was absolutely delicious. We will book hete agsin

This condo faces the bay which we actually loved. This is the second year we stayed in this particular condo and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and the boats from the balcony. I was thrilled to discover they replaced the mattress in the guest bedroom. The overall cleanliness was great, but it definitely has some cosmetic issues.The guest bathroom has some water damage, the paint is peeling from the tub, furniture needs to be updated in the guest bedrooms, and a few tiles are broken.Again all cosmetic issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and came home relaxed.😎

Anniversary Getaway
The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The master bed sheets didn’t fit properly and wouldn’t stay on the bed. Overall the condo was very comfortable and the view is spectacular. The front desk workers were very nice and professional however, I can’t say that about the security guards. There was a female security guard that was very rude and unprofessional. We had friends and family staying at a different place that came to visit us. I notified the security guards to let them know. They were rude not letting our friends enter. We had to go down to the ground floor even after we already told them we were expecting visitors within 10 minutes we had to do it all over again. It was a big hassle to have friends come and visit. We loved the condo and it would be a perfect place except the trouble having visitors.

Beautiful Bay View

Caribe is beautiful but they need to replace the mattress!
The unit was very nice but the mattress in the master bedroom is terrible! We called and asked for it to be replaced. Vacasa came and put a piece of plywood under the mattress but it did not help! Our backs were killing us by the time the week was over. Please replace the mattress! It’s very old and sunken way too much on both sides. We sent you pictures!

VACASA - Terrible customer service
The condo itself is fine, it was clean and has a beautiful view. None of the beds have decent mattresses, so hopefully they’ll consider replacing soon. If you choose to rent this unit, be forewarned this condo is owned by a company (VACASA) and pray you don’t need anything from the local office. There was an issue I attempted to resolve prior to our arrival. I was supposed to be called by the local office on 5/30 and was never called. We arrived to the condo for check in on 6/5 and the issue was still not resolved. We spent an hour and a half on the phone with an overseas VACASA customer service rep who could only offer to “put in a ticket” to the local office. It is now 6 days later & I am home from my trip and the local office has still not returned my call. Thankfully we finally found a Caribe receptionist who was willing to assist us with our issues. Also, if you have more than 4 people in your party who drink coffee, bring your own cups, because there are only 4 coffee mugs. Oh, and one of the master bath sinks was stopped up the entire time…. I probably could have called someone while I was there, but after my first experience with customer service, I didn’t want to spend any more of my vacation “submitting tickets”. Bottom line - the condo is fine if you don’t need anything while you’re there.

Disappointed
When we got to the condo, we found 4 floor blowers and a dehumidifier running in the master bath. After an hour of trying to contact someone to find out what was going on, we finally got through and was told the previous renter had the ice machine flood into the bathroom and we would need to let these run all week to remove the moisture. Maintenance showed up every morning to check them and after tripping over these and dealing with them, they were removed after 5 days. The kids bathroom toilet was clogged (and nasty) when we arrived and maintenance said they would come back and work on it and never did. My kids used the other bathroom the whole week. The same evening we checked in, we called Vacasa again to request extra bedding. They only provide a scratchy lightweight duvet cover for each bed and a small hospital-like blanket (which we found hidden under the bed and had to wash before using). They said they would send more bedding the next day and they never did. The bedding and pillows at this condo are beyond pathetic. We have vacationed in OB/GS for 7 years now and have rented much cheaper condos directly on the beach with much better cleanliness, maintenance, and bedding. Very disappointed in this condo and our experience with Vacasa. The Caribe itself is amazing with plenty of great amenities for the whole family, I would just NEVER rent a Vacasa property again.

Good Property, Good Location
Everything was really nice. First time on a beach bay side, and found water traffic interesting. Back to beachfront in December/January, but may book this unit again later

Overall it was a really good stay
When we walked In the door it smelled very musty. We had to immediately go buy room spray. It is decorated beautifully but when you pull out the chairs there are stains all over them. The carpet in the master has a huge stain just as you step out if the bed. That part was disappointing. At one point a maintenance person showed up to fix something with the AC that we didn’t even know about. Nobody made us aware. Other than those things the view from the balcony was amazing. The layout was great, the location was perfect and we had a really great time. I feel like the product would match the photos with just a few inexpensive updates. I would stay here again, but I will remember to bring candles.

Gorgeous views
This place is gorgeous and spacious! We didn’t have a direct ocean view but had the marina and bay in view. Had a view to the small islands throughout the bay. Plenty to do in the area as well. Dolphin sight seeing boat rides right off the walk way, 3 swimming pools throughout the resort. Plenty of delicious restaurants throughout the area too. We enjoyed our stay so much! Communication with the host is easier through phone calls. Do not recommend messaging through the app.

Loved this property
We loved this property and all the amenities that the resort offered. One of the drawers was broken in the kitchen and a stain on one of the cushion. However, the property was gorgeous with great views.

This property has so many great amenities to keep my family.entertained.
The grounds, the pools and garage are kept immaculately. It is quiet during the night for all to sleep well. It’s so convenient to walk to Cobalt, the beach and to sit on the balcony and watch all of the activities on bay side and at Perdido Pass. We love it here.
