“The location was central, close to the Old Town and walking distance to the port. However, the bed was too soft and my mother has a bad back so we slept on the floor. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. I went hiking to Pulpit Rock and got back pain after two nights of poor sleep. There was easy street parking but you need to pay, the host didn't mention it so we got a ticket. The bathroom was tiny but the living room was spacious.”

“MUCHO Cuidado con este complejo de departamentos. No hay gente para el check in y debes esperar un mail 24 horas antes con tu clave de acceso. Yo no recibí el mail, y no me reconocía por nombre y apellido. Nadie atiende el teléfono de emergencias después de las 16 horas. Luego de 1 hora de intentar hacer el check in me tuve que retirar. Me han cobrado el NO SHOW. Mucho cuidado, nadie te protegerá y no tendrás a nadie para solucionarlo.”

“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location.
