Alpine Meadows Stay

This home was in a great location. The house was comfortable. We had a few issues. There was no outdoor furniture out when we arrived as advertised. There was also no laundry soap. The property management group fixed these issues after 24 hours. Unlike other properties we've stayed at in Tahoe, the hot tub had no additional chemicals available to throw in after use so it was pretty gross after a few days of use by kids and we stopped using it. The cell service at the house was not great and the Wifi only occasionally worked. The listing advertised Alpine Springs Park access but nowhere in the home or instructions were we given information on how to access this private, locked park. Overall this was a decent home but I would not rent again.

AMAZING HOME FOR A GROUP OF FRIENDS

This trip was our annual girls trip we usually camp but opted for a house time. We were floored with the quality of this house, the beds were so cozy, great kitchen for 6 girls. I stayed in the master and personally loved the steam option in the shower. We loved having dinners on the deck and hoping in the hot tub after. The house is in a great location compared to the truckee river and the lake.

We had a lovely experience staying here. The property was clean, well kept, and literally had everything we needed! They had a great stock of kitchen supplies for cooking and even a good supply of spices, oils, etc. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Master shower was amazing. The hot tub felt so good in the evening after an afternoon of hiking!! The view from the deck was beautiful for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Central location to many great places in Tahoe. Our only hiccup was that one of the nights there was (per a neighbor) a planned electric outage due to the Truckee fires. We didn’t get any communication about this and were in the middle of cooking dinner when power was cut. We couldn’t find a flashlight or candles, which would have been handy to have. We did find some candles in a laundry room cupboard the next day when we had lights, but would have been handy to have during the 12ish hour outage. This was obviously an outlier situation and really didn’t put a huge dent in our overall experience…but, feedback for future…it would be great to have some of that stuff handy/accessible or for the rental company to shoot out a text/email if this outage was planned so we could have been better prepared. All in all, wonderful place!! We would absolutely rent here again!!! Thx for making our vacation feel like home!

Great stay

Multi-level home with lots of stairs, very clean & bright. Great location. Comfortable beds. Had all the kitchen & cooking tools we needed, even had tupperware. Definitely recommend!

Great Getaway

My friends and I have stayed in Alpine Meadows before and have loved the mountain feel, even without the lake views. This home was truly a home and EXTREMELY well stocked.. but for a few things. There were only about 3 trash bags to last the entire 4 days, and we ended up having to buy more even when using dishes and the dishwasher for all meals. The home has just about everything, and it was convenient to have plastic bags and such for our day trips to the lake and Truckee River. The beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. The 3rd floor open layout was perfect for my group’s needs and the hot tub with hammock was a real treat!

Tahoe Getaway

Property was very nice inside, exterior could use some maintainence. We were surprised how close the neighboring homes were. We expected a little more seclusion based on the pictures we viewed ahead of arrival.

Fantastic

Clean and roomy for 6. In our case 3 adults and 2 kids. Grilled on the grill. Did the hot tub a few times. Used the TV and kitchen. All were good. Great master bedroom shower too!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here for our son’s wedding. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is amazing. The main room was on the third floor, but that is often the case in the mountains. (My son’s home is 49 steps up to his front door.) It really wasn’t a problem. We loved staying there and would definitely stay again. 5 stars all around.

Wonderful stay

The cabin is beautiful. The location is beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was more than adequate and well stocked. We had one minor issue while we were there and the staff was very responsive even over the holiday. The house is three stories and so the rooms are on the smaller side because the beds are so large and comfortable but we had a hard time setting up a pack and play for our twins in any of the bedrooms. The shower in the master bath is to die for. Would highly recommend anybody

Beautiful Tahoe home

Myself and two friends rented this beautiful home for a long weekend and it was amazing! It was impeccably clean, true to the listing, and had all amenities you need and then some. The hot tub was a perfect addition and was used every single day! Beds were very comfortable as well. Would most definitely recommend to others and would love to return again in the future

Great family house!

This house was beautiful and I would recommend a family to check it out. There were 5 adults staying in the house and the beds were comfy, the house was clean, and you can tell that the house was recently remodeled by the owner - it looked great!

Great vacation experience

Very nice property with extremely comfortable bedding and excellent updated kitchen/living area. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed easy access to alpine meadows ski resort. The property manager was very responsive- the microwave didn’t work and they delivered a replacement the next day! The house was super clean. The only caution is that there are 2 flights of stairs to the main living area- which could be problematic for some, but the stairs are completely indoors so there are no icy steps! We would definitely stay again.
