Property Needs Attention
We rented this home for a rustic post-Christmas vacation with our daughter and son-in-law's family. There were many problems with the property, despite having lots of room for us and the beautiful river and fire pit outside. •The roaches were the main problem, in the kitchen and living room. We successfully smashed 5 of them and had to move the many roach baits out of the toddler's reach.•Towels were old and grungy with old blood stains.•Lightbulbs were burnt out or missing from lamps.•The screened porch's carpet smelled of strong mildew; screens were ripped and blowing in the breeze.•Kayaks/paddles were broken, rope hammock was rotten and slimy with growth.I really dislike giving poor reviews, but I cannot recommend this property.

Seriously need to think before renting it out again
Don’t waste your time or money! This is our second year coming to this cabin and very sad to say this will be our last. The entire house was infested with roaches and not clean what’s so ever. It seems that they know there is an issue with roaches because the entire house is covered in roach bait. Absolutely disgusting and now an issue we have to deal with going back into our home.

Steps from the Suwanee
This was property itself is just steps from the river. Good size for a family and furniture and beds were comfortable. Nice outdoor space on the decks. Yard and driveway subject to flooding due to proximity to the river. Unfortunately it did not live up to our cleanliness standards.

Stay on the Suwannee
We enjoyed our stay at this home so much, we are thinking about going back in July. We have a 23 foot center console with a hard top. The private boat ramp was great and the boat fit under the roof of the covered dock. We enjoyed the fire pit every night we were there. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Don't hesitate, just book it!
We made this family trip to participate in Scallop Season. Unfortunately, we were rained out the entire week. But this home saved the day! There is plenty to do whether the sun is shining or not. The fishing was great. The home is well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Cabin on the Suwanee
My family and I enjoyed making memories on the Suwanee. Campfires , cornhole , nature walk , and relaxing in a hammock in the many beautiful trees on the property . Inside the cabin is all new and clean! Enjoyed playing games and watching some old movies on the DVD player.
