¡TARIFAS DE INVIERNO! DESCUENTO DE ALQUILER A LARGO PLAZO !!Estudio en alquiler en la hermosa Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Esta unidad está al otro lado de la calle del océano y aproximadamente a 1/2 milla del popular muelle y atracciones en la calle Old Orchard. Está a poca distancia en coche de parques acuáticos, cines y en cine. Incluye una cama queen size, sofá, cocina con refrigerador, microondas, cafetera y tostadora. (Nadie quiere cocinar en vacaciones, así que no hay estufa. Con tantas opciones de comida deliciosa cerca, no te lo perderás) Disfruta de tu café o comidas Al Fresco en nuestro set de bistro exterior. Tiene asientos en primera fila para los mejores observadores de East Grand Ave.
Esta habitación podría alojar cómodamente a 2 adultos para disfrutar de unas divertidas vacaciones en la playa o una escapada romántica. Un niño pequeño podría dormir en el sofá. Hay espacio en el piso que podría acomodar un colchón de aire de un solo tamaño si quisieras traer uno. (no incluido en la habitación). Hay un espacio de estacionamiento para su uso sin cargo adicional. La unidad está ubicada en la planta baja del edificio, por lo que tiene fácil acceso para transportar el equipaje sin escaleras con las que lidiar. Hay un pequeño paso en el baño, de lo contrario, la unidad es plana para navegar. Platos, tazas y utensilios están incluidos en la cocina. Se proporcionan 2 almohadas, sábanas y algunas mantas. Los inquilinos deben traer sus propias toallas y artículos de tocador.
Está a unos 30 minutos en coche de Portland para que experimente los numerosos restaurantes, la cultura y el centro comercial. Más convenientemente, puede caminar rápidamente a la estación de Amtrak donde el Downeaster se detiene regularmente desde mediados de mayo hasta septiembre. Disfrute del tren y diríjase a Portland, Freeport o Boston sin preocuparse por conducir o estacionar su automóvil.

My husband and I picked this place because it was very close to the beach and the Eastern Bike Trail. Lori responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. She was great! We didn't take advantage of the Pier or much of the town since we were more interested in the beach and the trail.

Beachfront Off Season
The unit is essentially one room with a small bathroom attached. It was all neat and tidy. Very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There was internet service. No place to cook. Did have a microwave and refrigerator. Small sink but no counter space. The owner was good with communication.

Good for the two of us
It was a clean place to stay and close to places we want to see. We stayed Oct. 16 to 20 and there were no restaurants open in the area that we could walk too. The only other thing we would have liked is for the place to be a little better stocked. Like more towels, Kleenex’s ext. We loved our stay and Lori was great to work with. Very responsive when we had questions.

Great Stay
My husband and I stayed here for a week, everything was clean, the place was just as described, and Lori was very responsive/communicative. Perfect for a couple. The beach is less than a minute walk. Many restaruants close by. Washer/dryer in separate laundry room conveniently located behind the condo. Awesome place!

“Embrace Your Inner Mermaid” Condo was exactly as described and pictured. The host, Lori was easily reachable and full of area suggestions for us. The condo is a comfy gem in a key location in OOB and includes parking.

Felt like home!
Starting with the booking, Lori was a perfect Host, reaching out quickly to give recommendations on things to see and do in the area. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised in just how cozy the condo is (& it smelled great, too!). Absolutely perfect for the two of us. We loved the outside seating area. It added to the living space for us because we spent a LOT of time relaxing out there, people watching. We knew about the train being so close, but really never even noticed it unless we were sitting outside. The beach being just across the street is so great, I felt totally safe getting up & walking over by myself to watch the sunrise. All thumbs up from us, we hope to be back!

Perfect overnight
Sweet little studio-type room with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, tv, couch & bed. Just a stones throw from the beach, and a 10 minute walk to a few local eateries. Quiet.

Very Noisy
I would not recommend this place. The small studio is very noisy. Paper thin walls allow you to hear all the other people in the apartment building. Studio is on a main road which is also noisy and there is a train line that is directly behind the building which runs by often. The studio itself is the about the size of a normal bedroom. The bed was not comfortable as well. Also, the host and VRBO were not helpful at all when I brought up the noise issue and the train issue which was not mentioned in the listing at all. Both of them would not provide any resolution and stated the terms and conditions allowed for them to not provide any help. Make sure you read and understand the TOCs because the host and VRBO will not help and will use them. Overall would not recommend this place at all. The only positive is the studio is close to the beach. I would not book again. Find another place to stay.

Relaxing off season vacation
Clean property, only several hundred feet from the beach as described. Town was very quiet, but it was only a short drive to Portland for numerous bars and restaurants. Comfortable stay, would do again in the off season.

Birthday Celebration
My husband and I were celebrating his birthday….I hadn’t been to OOB since I was little. It was nice to be back. The property was centrally located and we walked to everything! Great little getaway. Lori was a great host and we will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Very old. Big step up into bathroom. The appearance of the place when we drove up was not what we expected.Town was awful and deserted. The condo did not feel like much effort was put into refreshing it. Bed sheets awful. Sorry but not our cup of tea. Probably a busy place in summer with beach goers but not in September. It just felt creepy!

The property was great for us. We were visiting our son and his family in Portland so basically only slept there. It was quite small. If we were spending more time inside the condo, we would have been a bit crowded.
