OKC Stay
The amenity were sufficent. Overall cleanliness was lacking, very few kitchen utensils, The couch was wet for most of our stay due to being cleaned prior. There was strong foul odor coming from the couch. There was an unknown substance in the closet door. The internet was very spotty and only allowed one device on at a time. The ability to use the garage was nice.

4th of July
We traveled to OKC to visit our son who’s stationed close by. The house was perfect! Exactly as the listing described and close proximity to everything we had wanted to see- the zoo, science museum and Bricktown. Our family of 6 is big and this house was great for all of us!

March 15-17 stay at 9812 Lancet Lane
For all the hassle to get the damage deposit paid, you'd think the house would be in tip top shape. However, that wasn't the case ~ the front door would not lock when you want to leave; and the main bathtub was not clean - it should've been cleaned out of lots of long hair (I have pictures), and someone's Irish Spring thrown away; and there was an infestation of horse flies that I had to bat away while showering; and there were no extra blankets available. I called Marlyn to have the front door fixed, but nobody came because the door was open when we came back too. Having a front door lock is a BASIC NEED when you rent out a house. The next basic need is cleanliness. I've rented VRBO's in other cities, and this has not been my experience before.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely house and a nice area. We stayed in January and it was brutally cold so we did have a water issue one morning, but they responded very quickly and it was resolved in a very timely fashion. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend.

Comfy and clean
This property is comfortable and clean and convenient to many locations in north OKC. Property management is very responsive and courteous. I would book it again! The only thing to be aware of is the property manager will require a deposit or damage waiver after the booking process, so VRBO damage insurance may be unnecessary. Property is great and I recommend!

Nice Family Thanksgiving
We stayed here to be close to my college daughter to celebrate Thanksgiving. The accommodations were very nice and i was thankful to have a kitchen and dining table to serve Thanksgiving dinner. We had several questions to the host during our time here and she responded very quickly to our inquiries.

We meet family in OKC every year to hang out for Halloween. The house was comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious. I always appreciate a full-size, programmable coffee pot! Having the garage to park in was a huge bonus!
