Convenient location
This listing was mostly as advertised with a convenient location to most of our activities. It was clean and comfortable with good communication from the property manager. Our only negative is the neighborhood where it is located. While it was convenient, it didn’t feel totally safe and has seen better days. Overall this is a good property that is well located, but the outside of the house and the neighborhood weren’t the highlights for us.

House had never been cleaned. Never offered to come clean it until we left to stay in a hotel the ne
We were not able to check in until 10:30 that evening. Shower was full of black hair and beds were filthy with dry grass and black hair. Dining room chairs all had black dog hair in them. Immediately sent property manager a message with a reply the next morning. Wanted me to send pictures verifying the issue. We cleaned the shower so we could get cleaned up and slept on top of the comforter because the sheets were so dirty. Waited all day for someone to offer to clean the house and it never happened. Ended up finding a hotel for the rest of our stay. Have been sending the property manager messages for two weeks now asking for a refund and I keep getting the run around. Don't know what else to do besides getting their attention with a bad review. FYI, The front yard is full of dog poop so be sure and stay on the sidewalk.

Girls Get-away
For my daughter’s 50th birthday, I reserved the house for her, her sister-in-law and two cousins. They are busy moms and it was great fun for them to have a weekend away. They loved the house and enjoyed the Plaza and the Outlet Mall. The house was very colorful, clean, and had everything they needed. A good time for them!!

Valentine's week getaway
Flew in from Denver to spend the week during Valentines Day with someone very special. My host was very attentive and easy to contact. And the Palace was everything I'd seen in the ads. A very good experience..

Thanksgiving Visit
The house was as the pictures show… clean and accommodating. The owner had the house stocked nicely with the essentials. We brought our dog and the fenced back yard was awesome for him.Dennis quickly responded to emails prior to and throughout our stay. We would definitely rent again.

OKC Extended Weekend
Dennis was very easy to work with and communicated promptly and thoroughly with everything related to our stay to OKC to visit our daughter who is based at Tinker AFB. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our four day weekend. The beds were comfortable, the backyard made for a nice gathering space around the fire pit, and the neighborhood was quiet. We were within east access to all the places we needed to go. Would stay here again for sure!

Nice and Clean, Cute and Comfy
We enjoyed our stay at the Pastel Palace! We were in town for a dog show at the OKC Fairgrounds. The location made access to the fairgrounds quick and easy! The fenced in backyard was great for letting the dogs wind down after their shows. Nice quiet neighborhood! Look forward to staying again!

Great house, quiet neighborhood
Great experience! We were in okc because it was a half way point for me and my boyfriend to meet. It was very private and a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our weekend together. Everything was provided that we could have possibly thought we needed. We cooked, did laundry, and even enjoyed a fire in the backyard. Would highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay
Pastel Palace is a comfortable, well maintained, and clean house. The airport, fairgrounds, Stockyards Historical Area, Oklahoma City National Memorial, and National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum are all easily accessible from the property. There are numerous local restaurants and a Walmart Neighborhood Market nearby. Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and coffee are supplied. Check-in details and procedures are provided in a concise, easy to follow email before check-in. Concise, easy to follow check-out details are provided in an email prior to checkout. I highly recommend Pastel Palace.

Perfect Stay!
Dennis was easily accessible, welcoming and gracious from his welcome shortly after booking all the way to our departure. No detail was overlooked! The house was very clean, relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay! (The beds were extremely comfortable as a previous guest described). The whimsical colors and decorations added to its character. We were glad it was also pet friendly!

Great house
This was a great house! Perhaps not best suited for long term stays (we stayed for a little over a month) but that’s mainly due to the smaller kitchen, it made it hard to put away groceries. But other than that the beds were comfortable, the location felt safe and secure (the alarm system was appreciated). Dennis was easy to get ahold of and helped with getting receipts to me for my work. Overall great house to rent.

A vintage charmer!
This colorful gem in a quiet neighborhood felt like home! My husband and I drove up from Dallas with our two boys to visit family over the Labor Day weekend. So glad we decided to stay at this cute little house instead of a hotel! Plenty of room to spread out! The kitchen was very well appointed and the big antique tub in the bathroom was so deep it made for a tremendous bubble bath! (there is a Walmart neighborhood market about 2 miles away if you need any essentials but most everything is covered) A fenced in back yard had chairs for morning coffee while we watched the hummingbirds and bumble bees and butterflies have breakfast! The lawn could have used a trim but the lush landscaping was full of beautiful flowering shrubs and rosebushes! The decor is adorable and the beds were super comfortable!
