“When we first arrived there was no toilet paper and the toilet water supply did not exist, and there was a wrench in the tank of the toilet. So no toilet. I feel like maintenance dropped the ball and maybe it was supposed to have been fixed before my arrival. The maintenance man did get it fixed by around 8:30. Overall, this villa was just ok. It needs serious updating or just maintenance. The chair cushions and bar stools have stains all over them. The knob on the stovetop is broken and the rug...

“The couch and bed were awful, when you opened the couch to a bed the mattress was literally flat as a comforter and your head was tilted below your body, it was awful!!!!! We spent t much money to not be able to sleep. The property is getting old and needs updating ”
