“Cute little place. They only down fall is the bunk room upstairs is a sun room with only a small window AC. I do recommend the owners upgrade to a mini split. We had to turn the AC way down and freeze in the rest of the house and not close the doors upstairs in order to make it comfortable in there.”

“Stayed with 14 family members for a short getaway. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Perfect location to the beach and close to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. The Beach Weekend property management was so on point and incredibly responsive and kind. I have never been as impressed with a property management group as I was with them. We will absolutely be back to one of their properties.”

“This property is spectacular! I booked it to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife, and had her parents, 4 of our 6 grown children, 2 daughters in law, one son in law, and 2 grandchildren. The gathering spaces are great, but plenty of space to get away for some quiet time if wanted. The pool area is really nice, and access to the beach is fantastic. We’re already planning a return trip!! ”

“We stayed at Coconut beach house for our annual friends beach trip. The location was great. One of my friends is pregnant with twins so we loved being right on the beach so she could easily cool off and take her naps throughout the day while we were close by enjoying our time on the beach. There is a store in walking distance that had almost everything we needed. Property manager was very nice and easy to reach. We will stay here again for sure! ”
