Jolie prepared a very informative and helpful guidebook to the area. Hiking trails abound closeby. But hell, even just walking around the neighborhood gives you all the climbing you could want. I can't wait to return!”

“Not often do you rent a house that is even better than the pictures. This property had it all. A cozy foyer upon entry, a theater room with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, beautiful kitchen, awesome fireplace and three other bedrooms! All appliances and and amenities are first rate and high quality!! Heater worked great, and Kept us warm! Overall very pleased with our stay! Our family had a great Thanksgiving holiday! We would definitely stay again!”

“The house size & layout is great. It wonderfully accommodated our 14 adults. The large kitchen was stocked with all the appliances & tools we needed to prep our meals. This was the first time I’ve rented a VRBO so, I was surprised that the house wasn’t stocked with paper goods (toilet paper & paper towels). The cleanliness of the house could have been better & the bottom floor has a terrible musky/moldy smell throughout. Overall, everyone had a fantastic time. ”

Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern....

“There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right. But it was still very disappointing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The inside and outside of the hotel is very beautiful....
