En el extremo sur de la hermosa Barbados, en la tranquila zona de Atlantic Shores, Christ Church, se encuentra Daydreams. Daydreams se encuentra a unos dos minutos de Freights Bay y a cinco minutos de la popular Miami Beach y la histórica ciudad de Oistins.

DayDreams
Nice size apartments. Front and rear balconies over looking the pool and the street. Beautiful neighborhood. My wife and I would walk every morning down seaside dr and would watch the surfers. After a day of touring the island we would come back to go for a swim in the pool which we pretty well had to ourselves. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Anna!

Daydreams Apartment
The apartment was spacious, clean and airy and with a very pleasant and private rear area, complete with swimming pool. The location is quiet but within easy reach of Miami and Enterprise beaches, as well as the coastal path; it is also within a 10-minute drive of Oistins and within about a 15-minute drive of the airport. We appreciated the two en-suite bedrooms, each with access to the balcony, the good-sized fridge and the use of a washing machine. The kitchen was minimally equipped but met our needs. Having the landlady on site was helpful when we needed advice.

Great location, warm pool and kind welcoming family
We had a great time here and our 7 and 9 year old loved it. The house is in a quiet area away from traffic, one street back from the coast. We didn't have a car and walked the 5 mins to freights surf beach or 15 mins to Miami beach happily just avoiding the mid day sun. Oistins was just 5 mins more and had everything you need. We enjoyed the turtle filled surf at Frieghts and South Point. The house has everything you need and we cooked and ate in most days. The lovely Bajan host and family live there and my kids loved playing with them too. They kindly drove us into town the first night to show us around. Both bed rooms had air con. The pool was lovely and warm with some shade in the afternoon. It's was nice to watch the bats flying around at night. The whole place had a lovely vibe and we would love to go back!

Sunny Days
We realized after day one that we would need to rent a car. The owners daughter helped us with this and the cost was reasonable for a week. The apt was clean and had all the necessary appliances needed for our stay. The indoor and some outdoor furniture could use an upgrade at some point. We could walk to the closet beach in 10-15 minutes if we wanted. The car made our stay much nicer and we saw a lot of the island. Anna was a good host and very accessible if needed. We would stay there again if we come back. The pool was a nice bonus after a day at the beach.

Beautiful Barbados
We stayed two weeks and had an amazing time. The pool was perfect to cool off after walks and a day out. We had friends staying at the apartment next door and we basically had the pool to ourselves. Walking distance to surfing beaches and 20 minutes to popular Miami/Enterprise beach for fun in the ocean. The apartment had the basics but a stop at the grocery store before you arrive is a must to get basic food supplies. Anna organized a rental car which was a great deal and a must as this rental is not close to amenities, restaurants etc. We would recommend this beautiful place for a comfortable and relaxing get away

Great location, a car is helpful
This is a lovely neighbourhood that feels very safe. Lots of people out walking around and everyone is very friendly. It’s a short walk for surfing at Freight’s Bay. The walk to Miami Beach and Oistins is longer and doable is you’re used to walking. Anna was a lovely host and we enjoyed her home. The pool was a very nice amenity. We had the ground floor unit. Stocking in the kitchen is basic and we did have to buy some of our own staples (oil, salt, tin foil, toilet paper for example). The dishwasher is out of order which wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall the house is nice and we were very comfortable there. It was good value for the money.

Property was good and convenient although I would recommend renting a car if you are not squeamish about driving on the right hand side. GPS works great and you can easily get to all the local hotspots

Quiet, large upstairs two-bedroom
The host was surprised when we drove up. Apparantly had not seen messages or been notified by VRBO of our impending arrival. The place was very clean, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was quite effective and kitchen oven and cooker all work fine. The downsides were: a broken dishwasher, no clothes dryer (but outside lines worked fairly well), and lighting in the kitchen was not great. Can't see the countertops in the evening when preparing meals. The neighbourhood is very quiet and we spent hours on the outside deck enjoying the evenings.

Perfect location. Perfect vacation.
We had a lovely time at Anna‘s home. It was so nice to have a pool right out back for us to enjoy… The place is spacious, the beds are comfortable, windows open with the lovely ocean breeze. Air conditioning at night and a washer was an added bonus! It was central location for beach, grocery stores and a nice walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! We highly recommend this property!
We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much. Our kids and ourselves loved the great pool and the relaxing and peaceful athmosphere in the garden . The apartment was gorgeous: spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located in the nice, quiet neigbourhood of Atlantic Shores, only a few minutes walking distance to the surf spot where both adults and kids can surf. Anna was a great host. She is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We highly recommend this property. Thanks Anna for a perfect vacation!

Lots of space for two couples
The outdoor space was fabulous and having pool access was a bonus! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect. The kitchen had enough counter space for multiple people to help with meal prep. The location was great, close to Oistins and Enterprise Beach. Many spots nearby to watch the sunset. Anna responded quickly to communications, and was helpful in securing a car and the necessary PCR tests to return home. She was very open to feedback regarding a few minor blips with kitchen appliances.

Fantastic holiday in Daydreams
We have just spent the last 2 weeks in Daydreams. Anna was very hospitable and ensured we knew how everything worked, where to buy food & even drove us to the Oistins fish fry for our dinner. The area is very safe and it is such a great location. Definitely hire a car. We rented one from Anna which was perfect and cheaper than airport. Only thing is that you need to buy a drivers permit when you arrive from the authority in Bridgetown. The apartment was very clean on arrival & perfect space for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the pool area, balconies & living space. As with most self catering, you’ll need to buy all the essentials but there were toilet rolls & washing up cloth/liquid on arrival. As we were staying 2 weeks, the only additions we would have liked was a working dishwasher. Also a clothes airer for the balcony or even better a washing line would have been perfect. Thank you Anna for a lovely holiday & definitely a better choice than a hotel - you really feel like your’e soaking up the real Barbados by staying with the locals. We’ll be back!

my mini vacation
The property is very well kept. Its clean and welcoming. It definitely a hike to the beach, but I really enjoyed the walk. We had a rental so, getting around was not difficult. Plus, the neighborhood is beautiful so walking is a plus, you get to see all the beautiful flowers along the way.

AWESOME rental!
We had a fantastic stay! Anna’s daughter let us in and showed us around upon arrival, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. The space is gorgeous, inside and out. The apartment was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The AC kept the bedrooms cool, but we also had the option of opening the windows and balcony doors to let the wonderful breeze blow through! All windows and doors had additional security and each door had multiple locking mechanisms so we didn’t think twice about the safety of our apartment while we were staying in or going out. The neighborhood surrounding the home is also nice and quiet, and only a few minutes walk from our favorite Freights Bay. The pool area sets this rental apart from all others! The pool is in a beautiful outdoor area and has a large patio surrounding with lounging chairs. Some days we spent on the beach and some days we just stayed by the pool all day! Direct access from the room’s balcony down to the pool which was awesome. We rented a car from Anna for a reasonable price for one day so we could explore more of the island. Anna was an awesome host! Extremely friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. This apartment has everything we wanted plus more. I highly recommend booking with Anna, and we plan on returning with the rest of our family!

A perfect relaxing place for families or couples to stay.
We returned Friday back to Canada after a 10 days stay in Daydreams our stay was amazing. Upon arrival, Anna daughter met us and was extremely welcoming after the taxi driver drove us around the property 3 times because he could not find the house which was so easy to find. She showed us around the house, explained everything to us, and provided an extra cot because there were 10 of us including 2 kids. Anna's daughter drove us around and took us grocery shopping and help us with our groceries. After we met Anna, she explained she was there to help us with anything we needed and offer to rent her car to us if we were interested. We were amazed by the size of the pool which we had private use of through-out our stay especially for some of our first time travellers and they spent lots of time swimming. The garden area was so peaceful, beautiful and private with chairs, sun loungers and, sponges for our use. We had accessed to the pool from the back balcony down steps and out the bedroom doors on the ground floor. The neighbourhood is extremely beautiful with lots of bougainvillea flowers everywhere you look, and a 2 minute walk towards the back of the house where you can see the ocean. A beautiful place to stay approximately 20 minute walk to oistins and my sons felt very safe walking around the area. This location was fantastic for us and I would highly recommend staying there and it would be my first choice when returning. We are slowly becoming frequent visitor to the island and had previously stayed in other areas in Barbados, but Atlantic Shores has stolen our heart. My family can't wait for another trip to the Island where they can go surfing and go to all the places they found the night before they left for back home. Our stay was perfect, and my sons and I have formed a lasting friendship with your family there over in Barbados. Where everything you would need for a home away from home would be. Super stay
The apartment was as described. It was very peaceful and located in a perfect spot for surfing at either South Point or Freights. Our son decided to join us a few days before we traveled to Barbados and Ana was most accommodating with amending our booking, thank you. New sun loungers arrived early in our stay which was great. We used the pool most days and saw the monkeys a few times.

Over all everything was great !!!. The place was well kept and eye catching from the review of photos before booking the property . Once arrive we were greeted and did a walk through .
