“Perfect location between the bustle of Ohio State campus and downtown Columbus. Delighted that the manager Tracy also loves Hanley & Sons teas and I got to have my favorite tea, Paris, what a treat! Day 1 breakfast was French toast and bacon, day 2 breakfast was quiche and English muffins. Fruit and yogurt and granola were available both mornings. Guests can help themselves to tea all day. Parking was convenient. Short North is very walkable with many dinner options.”

“After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all.”
