“Great location on Route 1. Numerous beaches, nature preserves, shops/restaurants within 1-3 miles. We brought 2 little kids and they loved the pool. The pool was a big highlight. Great placeto enjoy the local spots and come back to relax and unwind.”

The linens and king bed were spotless and comfy. Plenty of towels available and a small wall heater in the bathroom. There are stairs to get to unit but stair hall is wide, easy to navigate. “The absolute best location in Portsmouth! Convenient to all the shops and dining and with a beautiful view of the bay. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds & bedding. My only downside is the main living room area is a bit tight for a family of four. One couch that could comfortably seat three people and no dining table to sit and play a game of cards or board game - we used the coffee table with my teenage girls sitting on the floor - it worked, but it certainly was a compromise. ...

The AC mini-splits run a lot but air temp and humidity were good. Faint smell of cigarette smoke and there seemed to be dog hair on the living room rug, but otherwise clean.”
