“This place is a hidden gem – a fantastic location for bird watching, kayaking and sunset viewing. Only a short walk to the beach, to Wells Harbor or to Forbes. A very bright and clean cottage that is well-stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. All of the appliances are new (or nearly new) and all of them work! “Overall we were happy with the stay. Had friends and family and our dog. Walked to the small beach near by which was so lovely. Good communication with manager. The property itself is a little dated in decor and appliances are basic. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes/pots. We washed everything before using as they were a little dusty but that was okay. We stayed for 3 nights and had a fun vaca with the kids and grandparents. ”

“A nice, well-equipped cottage. It is small, but the owner has made the most of the space. For example, no bathtub, but a great shower in the bathroom. An easy walk to Long Sands Beach, and good access to restaurants and shops. Very nice yard, with plenty of seating, a fire pit, and barbecue grill. We enjoyed our visit and hope to come back.”
