“Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. ”

“I highly recommend Phyllis’ cottage- it’seven better than described, & the photos don’t do it justice. We were delighted with both the location and comforts of the cottage, enjoyed relaxing within, and the chance to do laundry, after several days on the road, as well as the proximity to the lighthouse and neighborhood walks. “We enjoyed the space and bright sunny rooms of this property. The kitchen is very well supplied, and was used often throughout our week-long stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is a fair size for 2 people to share, and it provides plenty of towels and quite a bit of storage. The sunporch facing the beach is sunny and very enjoyable for both dining and relaxing. ”
