“This is a cozy lake house tucked away with a lot of privacy but also easy access to a small grocery store and pizzeria. Our family of 5 slept comfortably and enjoyed use of the spa and paddleboard, canoe and kayak. The house is simple, clean and uncluttered, with everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive. ”

But he didn’t send the cleaning crew on that day. Since we had no other option, we did some cleaning by ourself to stay in that house. Never...
