“Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.”

“It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. Cabin sleeps 4 but dining table has only two chairs, to eat we had to bring inside a patio table, the coffee table was a...

“We went to Kerrville with the purpose of going to the empty cross. We lost our dad on December 29th and did a road trip for my mother. We went to James Avery on the grounds, saw beautiful birds, deer, had an amazing time around the fire. The house was exactly what we needed for the night. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. We will be back during the summer time and stay here again. ”

The property is at the end of a quiet and secluded hilltop, but also very close to all the amenities of San Antonio and the hill country.Our host was fantastic - friendly, attentive and rightfully proud of his property. It was well appointed and comfortable and we didn’t lack for anything. We are very conservative in our reviews but will unreservedly give this 5 stars in every category. “This place was a scam the home owner was very rude and a terrible person they have no respect for others or there self they wanted to scam me and take all my money that’s all they cared about but guess what jokes on them I got my refund I went through hell but I got it and hopefully they didn’t get paid ”
