“We were in town for an event at the Bluegrass Hall of Fame and this was perfect for our 5 night stay. Very clean, spacious rooms for a small house. The flooring and furnishings were pet friendly with the fenced back yard a bonus! It was a quick drive the the downtown hot spots and very close to a lovely walking path in Legion Park. Would highly recommend.”

“My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a belated Christmas. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us to have our own beds. The view was amazing when it snowed on one of our days. We will definitely consider visiting again! ”

“We're from Northern IL and try to find places a little further South to get away from the snow for a few days. This property that we booked fit the bill for us and our two Blue Heelers. The house had all the modern comforts, was super clean, and was nicely decorated. There is plenty of room for a larger group if needed. There's a fenced in yard if you have dogs like us and they'll enjoy exploring. There's also Bob Nobel dog park about 18 minutes away that has a separate fenced in areas for...

“We only had one little oops during our weekend stay. The TV in the main living room didn’t work. We called the manger but he didn’t know how to fix it. There was another TV upstairs so we all moved up there but there was no bathroom up there. It was a little hard for two of us to go up and down the stairs. Other than that small inconvenience the property was perfect. Very Clean. ”

“My son and I were in town to visit with family over the Holidays. We did not spend much time at the house except to sleep. The house was very clean, inviting, and in an excellent location. Could not ask for anything more. One small suggestion: In the small bedroom next to the bath, there is too much large furniture. Instead of two large dressers, one would be enough. A small nightstand and a rack or small table to place a suitcase would be nice.”

“The Red House is in a quiet area and was well stocked with any and everything you might need. The host even provided fresh eggs and muffins for breakfast!!! If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again.”
