Fue una gran experiencia. El hotel es uno de los mejores de Bruselas y tiene una gran ubicación. El personal fue muy amable y todo funcionó bastante bien durante mi estancia.

The hotel is beautiful, an old building well preserved with its charm but with the comfort of modernity. Location is great specially bc of its proximity to the train station makes it easier to arrive and leave the city. We even took advantage of that for a day trip to Luxembourg. The room is no super spacious but neither tight, comfy enough to fit two people and their respective bags. There was a lot of storage space so that helped mantain the room tidy. The bed and it bedding was super comfortable and extra soft, expected from a hotel of this category. Same with the towels. Bad thin about the room was the bathroom door dragged and was dificult to pry open and close it again, may need some trimming. Shower was super yummy with the generous flower shaped shower head but the bathroom lacked proper ventilation system and the room would fill up with steam and the odors proper from the bathroom. The extractor really needs to be fixed. Lastly, i found the staff was not very attentive. The service felt a little lacking for this hotel’s category. Overall was a good stay, I wouldn’t dismiss it from my options if I happen to visit the city again.
