UNA FANTÁSTICA Y EXCELENTE VISTA lo espera en nuestro condominio / unidad de apartamento frente al mar totalmente equipado, nuestra casa de vacaciones en el paraíso en Ocho Rios, Jamaica, que nos gustaría compartir con usted. 3 dormitorios, con capacidad para 6 a 8 personas.

Nuestra unidad es un excelente lugar para:
1) Vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones turísticas
2) Playa privada, aislada, hermosa vista al mar y piscina privada
3) Escapada romántica o de luna de miel (las bodas de novios son bienvenidas)
4) Bueno para niños
5) Entorno seguro


SOBRE EL LUGAR
El departamento entero le alquiló en privado.

Mi esposa y yo acabamos de terminar de renovar nuestra nueva casa de vacaciones. Puede ser uno de los primeros huéspedes en compartir este apartamento / condominio recientemente renovado en Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

Desde el momento en que entras en nuestro lugar, sientes que estás en un mundo diferente. Está decorado de forma única con muebles y decoración contemporáneos para que te sientas como en casa mientras disfrutas de unas impresionantes vacaciones en Jamaica.

Todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar y el balcón dan al océano / mar, así que despierta a un amanecer desde el mar por la mañana, acuéstate en tu cama y escucha las olas toda la noche.

También hay una pequeña cala privada donde se puede nadar o para un baño más largo salir a las aguas abiertas. La mayoría de los días el mar está muy tranquilo. La playa es ideal para practicar snorkel y para que los niños jueguen con el agua.

Hay una glorieta donde puedes relajarte y observar el increíble amanecer y puestas de sol.

Desea tomar el sol, hay una gran terraza alrededor de la piscina. Los jardines están ajardinados con muchas flores tropicales por lo que es un pequeño paraíso caribeño.



ACCESO DE INVITADOS
Hay 24 horas de seguridad que le dará acceso en cualquier momento. El ama de llaves recibirá a todos los que lleguen durante el día, quienes lo ayudarán a instalarse en la unidad y responderán cualquier pregunta preliminar que tenga sobre la unidad, las áreas turísticas complejas y circundantes y la atracción.



INTERACCIÓN
Estaré disponible durante toda su estadía por teléfono celular o correo electrónico. El ama de llaves también estará disponible para responder cualquier pregunta inmediata mientras esté en el local durante el día.

Antes de la llegada, enviaré un breve paquete por correo electrónico sobre qué esperar durante su visita de vacaciones. Además, nuestro ama de llaves puede ayudarlo a encontrar excursiones y ayudarlo a proporcionar detalles sobre las atracciones turísticas locales que pueden hacer que su estadía sea aventurera y placentera para maximizar el tiempo que pasa en Ocho Ríos, Jamaica.

Tendrá toda la unidad para dormir 6 personas (y un adicional de 2 a petición) una ocupación máxima de 8 personas.

Hay varios mercados de artesanías y tiendas libres de impuestos en ocho rios. Island village en ocho rios tiene muchas tiendas y allí se encuentra el famoso restaurante Margaritaville.

También hay 3 restaurantes a poca distancia de nuestro lugar:
> Al otro lado de la calle está Glenn's, que sirve desayuno, almuerzo y cena
> A unos metros se encuentra el centro jerk con platos locales jamaiquinos, es decir, los lugareños se juntan.
> Toscanini es un excelente restaurante italiano a la vuelta de la esquina, muy recomendado.

También hay un pequeño supermercado al otro lado de la carretera, el supermercado de junio, donde puedes conseguir todos los suministros básicos.



MOVERSE
Estamos a solo 4 millas de la ciudad de Ocho Ríos, Jamaica.

El aeropuerto más cercano para volar es Montego Bay (MBJ), pero Kingston (KIN) es un aeropuerto alternativo al que puede volar dependiendo de los precios de los boletos.

Según su preferencia, puede:

a) Alquile un auto alquilado de MBJ o KIN y conduzca hasta la unidad y las áreas circundantes.
b) Podemos ayudar a organizar y recomendar un conductor privado que pueda ayudarlo a recogerlo del aeropuerto y de los movimientos diarios.
c) Puede organizar su propio transporte privado a las instalaciones.
d) Para movimientos locales, puede tomar un taxi justo enfrente de la carretera principal, que es bastante barato. El guardia de seguridad y el ama de llaves pueden ayudarlo a brindar orientación sobre cómo obtenerlos.

Very chill location
I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.

New year Getaway
The condo was as described with plenty of room. The housekeeper was very responsive and helped us with a driver and anything we needed. The condo staff was helpful. It was amazing to wake up and look out from the balcony to see the blue water. We had a great time looking for crabs and shells from the beach cove. Very convenient for the restaurants across the street. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beach Side Condo
The property personally for me was a three star, the reason I say this is due to the interior and the furniture and fittings, the location was beautiful as was able to watch the sunset on a few mornings. And the beach was stunning. As I had a family with young adults and there only being one TV was a big problem for us. Also the WiFi was not strong at all. The kitchen and bathroom was adequate. The property is in need of a make over but still ok. the staff are so helpful and nice though, literally go far and beyond and Jodiann was very pleasant. We experienced a storm and leaks were a issue, so these issues need to be addressed. Hot showers were lovely though.

Our family had such a lovely time here! The property was exactly as described. The beach allowed for awesome snorkeling and the pool and property were very well kept. The security guard and all staff were very friendly, and it was also very convenient to be walking distance from a small grocery store. The host was so quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Great vacation!
We were so happy staying here! The unit was easy to get to, restaurants and small stores across the street, taxis were easy to flag down, the unit was very clean and we had a balcony overlooking the small private beach and pool. Jodian met us there and was very flexible, the maintenance staff and security were helpful and they even cut down fresh coconuts for us. It was quiet and all other tenants were respectful. Ochi downtown was about 5 miles from this spot, dolphin cove, blue hole, and other attractions are about a 10 - 15 min ride. The locals were kind and helpful with directions. We spent quite awhile in the Ocho Rios Markets on Main St. We will definitely return to this condo for another stay!

Excellent Paradise Stay!!!
Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing!!! The listing is completely accurate. The entire rental was clean and comfortable. I love that all the bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms. The views from any room are amazing!! The pool was clean and goes up to 8 feet. The gazebo is perfectly placed for the sunrises and sunsets. The cove is my absolute favorite part. The water was usually just perfect and is like a private natural swimming pool. The area was calm, peaceful, and quiet. Soga, the owner, was an great in that he communicated very well with me before and after I booked and stayed in constant communication with me to ensure a smooth check in process. His housekeeper Jody made sure the unit was cleaned and ready on time and checked in on us the day after check-in to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely be booking with Soga in the near future. Overall, I highly recommend this condo/apt.

Family Vacation Stay
We enjoyed our stay here at Chrissan's Beach Resort. The view from the balcony and the access to the ocean is unbeatable. Our family isn't one to stay put at a resort, and the location of the property allowed us to easily head out to various excursions each day. The daytime security guard was so helpful in getting us transportation whenever we needed to go somewhere. It was a perfect place to enjoy time with our adult children in a beautiful country.

Adorable place
Communication was excellent - even days before we arrived. Our host gave us every detail of information we needed to get to the place and access it. Our local manager/assistant was very kind and helping as she knows the town very well. The apartment was really spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed. We had two bedrooms, each having a (huge) bathroom attached to it. And we could spend the rainy hours on a nice balcony. However, what’s absolutely priceless is the sea view. If you wanna find out about it, I absolutely recommend this place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Chrissan’s. It’s a low key spot, not super polished but very clean condo and well maintained overall. It has a cute cove where you can snorkel and see a surprising number of fish- lots of babies- it’s like a nursery, but we also saw some larger fish and even an octopus! That and the pool were great for our group after spending our days at local excursions and beach clubs. A few things had changed from the listing- neighbors in resort next door put up a privacy fence next to the gazebo which was a slight bummer because it obscures the view of the sunset. Also, a couple of the restaurants were closed, but there were still two options across the street and a small market. We only went to the one Italian one on our first night in a pinch. (It was fine but we weren’t really looking for Italian in Jamaica- they did have good red snapper though- lol). We hired a driver for the week and the location of Chrisann’s is really convenient for excursions to blue hole, rafting, dunn’s fall, along with a really great restaurant called Miss T’s and a cute beach club called bamboo blu. All in all thought this was a nice option for us and for anyone looking to stay away from the big all-inclusive resorts and feel a bit more down to earth Jamaica

Kennadee's sweet sixteen Jamaica take over
This villa was perfect, we can for my daughter's sweet sixteen. The view from the villa was spectacular. The house keeper Jordian was a wonderful cook. The night security guard Okel was very attentive and make us feel very safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Our party of 4 adults and 4 kids (8-12 year olds) had a great stay in Ocho Rios! The view was lovely from the condo and the pool area. Building staff was very friendly and helpful when we need local info and overall we had a great stay! Take note there are no clothes washing facilities at the property and no dish washer but those were both easy for us to manage for a one week stay! Everything else we needed was there including beach towels! Thank you for a great visit to Ocho Rios!

Loved the Beach & Pool
The property is lovely, small beach but at least there is one. The bedrooms are very large in size and each bedroom has a roomy bathroom attached. There is also a tv in each bedroom but we never used it. We just congregated in the living room, kitchen or balcony where the internet connection was the strongest. Caution the balcony railing closest to the ocean has a break in it should not be leaned on for safety. Also the dishes are not microwaveable safe and we had to save our take-out containers to reheat our food or reheat food in the glass coffee cups. Overall nice place to stay.
