Good place to stay. We’ve been going there for years. Good memories for kids. The prices went up substantially over the years though. Otherwise it is nice.

Beautiful Bayside!
Just spent a week at Beachy Bayside. Wonderful place to view the beach and sunsets. The unit was well located and within walking distance to coffee shop and harbor where my sister and her husband had their boat. The description of the unit matched what I found: updated, spacious, immaculately clean, and so well organized and outfitted. It was also easy to communicate with the host who was most responsive to my questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and hope I can visit again.

Amazing Stay
We had so much fun at Beachy Bayside. The location was great, the unit was spacious, clean and so organized. It has all you need to cook and go to the beach. We loved that it had two queen beds in the primary bedroom, so great for families. The owner has thought of it all. The grounds really are resort like and the view from the unit is awesome! We can't wait to come back.

We had such a great time staying here. The condo is clean and has so many fun things for the kids. They have toys, games, and beach gear. The property amenities are excellent as well and so close to the harbor.

Nothing short of perfect!
Perfect location, perfect host, lovely grounds…. and we felt so relaxed and at home. We had a wonderful mother and daughter trip and want to come back. Mindy thank you for your amazing hospitality and being so helpful in filling us in on all of the local things to do! We loved the Thursday market!!!!

Great getaway
Our family of four had 4 great nights at this lovely resort. Lush grounds, big pool and secluded hot tub. We enjoyed the ping ping and pool table too. Easy access to beach feom resort. The condo was well-equipped with beach gear and a lovely view of the ocean off the balcony. Our host, Mindy, was helpful and very responsive. Check in and out was smooth, instructions clear. All in all, it was a great holiday getaway!

Great stay
Had a wonderful stay at this property. Property switched owners before our stay and communication with both sides was great. Mindy was quick to respond to all questions. Property community is very lush and tropical with lots of plants and water features. Right of the beach and the rental is stocked with beach stuff including chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon.

Everything about "Just Beachy" is just wonderful!!
I booked "Just Beachy" for a long-distant friends weekend. This unit is honestly the best beach property I have ever experienced. Everything about it is 5 star; comfort, cleanliness, amenities, proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lorraine, the host is the best! She acknowledged my correspondence within minutes and answered any questions I had. A Digital Guide was provided that was super helpful. It provided all the information regarding our stay in the unit as well as dining and activities in Oceanside. Without a doubt I will be booking again.

The property was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The only downfall I have is that it is a maze to get around the property but once you get the hang of it it is okay.

Very nice
Our stay at this property was great. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were soft amd comfortable. The condo is in the center of the complex and close to amenities. There is an elevator from the parking but there are quite a few stairs when moving to other parts of the complex like the pool/gym. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

We had a perfect stay at Lorraine’s condo. It was very clean, stylish remodeled and the location was perfect for us to stroll down the beach and enjoy the weather at the ocean. The communication with Lorraine was perfect and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Very nice and beautiful place to stay.
Very nice place to stay. We came there for 8 nights. The unit was very clean, provided with everything we could possibly need. Kitchen and everything else looks new, amazing ocean view. We enjoyed our breakfasts and late nights on balcony. Thank you🙂 will come again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is nicely decorated and very clean. North Coast Village is a lovely community with pretty landscaping, a great location and a fun pool. Lorraine was excellent with communication and answered all of my questions, both before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach condo: Beautiful views; Close to beach; Great host
Our family of 4 (2 kids, 11 & 8) stayed here for 4 nights. It was a wonderful experience and I'd highly recommend. This unit is one of our new favs. The customer service was excellent. The owner, Lorraine, reached out the day before to see if we'd be local and interested in an early check in. No guarantees but I appreciated the gesture (especially considering we didn't even ask for it). Lucky for us she texted the next day and we were able to get in early. She also checked in here and there throughout our stay to provide additional info and to ensure everything was going ok. She seemed readily available with any answers or responses should anything be of concern from us. It was a 5 min walk to either the beach, harbor, or pool, and a 15 min walk to downtown Oceanside. The unit was clearly recently renovated and has a beautiful clean/modern feel to it. It's simple and light but still gives off a beachy vibe. We've stayed in other units that are a bit more quirky that maybe more appealing to small kids - totally depends on your taste. Everything is clearly labeled so there is no confusion as to where to return things after use. There are plenty of supplies and home/beach essentials provided. The bedroom is a nice size with two big comfortable beds that easily sleeps 4. The view from the living room and kitchen was amazing. A direct line to the harbor which was beautiful day or night (amazing sunsets; harbor area is also lit up at night) and the beach was to the slight left. You can't really see the beach from inside the condo but you can easily see it from the balcony (which is where we spent most early mornings and evenings). The unit is conveniently located near an elevator that brings you straight to the parking garage. This was super helpful when loading and unloading (we stayed at a different NCV unit in the past which was a trek to the garage). I will say, as with most NCV units, there isn't an easy way to manage your beach stuff. There isn't any outdoor storage and you're not allowed to leave it outside/visible, so we could either completely clean it each day and bring it back into the condo, or what we opted for was to brush clean and leave it in our car each night until the last. Not the owners fault, I think is an NCV challenge, but definitely not a major deal. Overall, we thought this place was perfect and one of the best we've seen in Oceanside!

Absolutely Beautiful!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Enjoyed the amenities and walking around the lush grounds. Have stayed at several condos throughout the property over the last few years and this one was by far our favorite.
