This trip was very important to us... We knew we would need vrbo w/ a big kitchen for cooking, lots of seating and w/in close proximity to camp pendleton (7min drive). This house hit every check mark for us!!! This house had lots of space to entertain and feed our marine and his fellow marines before they left for their deployment. The kitchen was fully equipped w/ everything we needed to prepare multiple meals as well as the space to accommodate two busy moving chefs w/out us being on top of each other:) the seating at the island, provided lots of opportunity for laughter and great conversation. The outdoor seating was also very important to us... We prefer outdoor seating as opposed to indoor and the area outside provided a beautiful ambiance for these marines to visit and relax. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus for all us as well. We appreciated so much the owners and their attention to detail. It felt like home and we were able to give that to our marine for a few days...Bc of the washer/dryer, mom was able to wash his clothes and have them ready for his deployment, bc of the grill, dad was able to grill up some of his favorite meats, while telling silly "dad jokes" to him and his friends. And of course, bc of the additional beds, we were able to spend one more night w/ our boy before he began his journey overseas. Thank you so much for helping us make these memories for him and his friends. It means so much to us. We hope to stay here again when he comes home!
