Wouldn’t stay again
House was not prepped for us. No welcome package with instructions. No air conditioning. It was 84° in the house upon arrival. During the day we could not get the temp below 79°. The master bedroom is in the middle of the house and does not have a door or a window.
We had to request the wifi code. TV’s were not logged in and ready to watch. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper for 8 people for 6 days. I again had to contact customer service. They had me get into the maid’s closet and use the partial rolls that were in there. Yuck! Not sure where any of them had been. No new rolls were ever provided. When we left we had ½ roll left for all 3 bathrooms.
The house was very dirty. There was blood on the sheets. Dirty silverware, food and crumbs under the glass on the kitchen table, pooled-stinky water in the bottom of the dishwasher and spiders around the house. The garbage disposal was noisy as if there was some debris stuck in there. There was hair in the shower, and the terry cloth hand towels they used were full of hair and lint. The pans all had loose handles. None of the sheets fit property; fitted too large and flat too small. The kitchen trash bags were so thin they would tear as you take them out and there was no way to tie them closed and all the trash receptacles outside were full. The salt shaker was empty.
