Fantastic stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was big enough for all our 6 family members. The kitchen had everything you need to cook the whole time you are there. The beach access is literally down strairs and around the corner. They had ping pong paddles, pool table sticks and balls, boogie board and chais and a wagon in the home for you to use. On property there are ping pong tables and pool tables to use. The swimming pool is very large. We were ther christmas week and the property was decorated beautifully. Everyone you encounter there is very friendly. We could of easily stayed longer. There is public parking lot right across the street that is 5 a day.Shower up stairs is literally a trickle of water. It was horrible to shower in but the downstairs shower was excellent water pressure. The pull out couch bed was rock hard. You would be better off sleeping on the couch itself. We did not use it. Some of the beds were very firm and hard but i think this is a preference thing. I like soft beds. This is on the property management: the elevator broke off and on our entire stay. We actually got stuck in it one time. So if you have someone who can not climb stairs you may want a ground level unit. I was a little nervous about communication when i first booked. But when we got close to our stay robert called and answer all my questions. He was very friendly. Overall we had an excellent stay. I would love to come and stay in the summer. whole tome you are there.

Clean place, great location
Loved our two day quick stay here. The place was perfect for kiddos and us with separate sleeping quarters and everything we needed for our time. Would stay again for sure!

Good place
As pictured- lots of beach supplies which was awesome wagon was a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Weird smell in stairs to loft- I’m allergic to scents and couldn’t find it to unplug it. There was no communication book/binder offering suggestions or directions on Checkout compared to other places we’ve stayed here. No reminder or connection reach out from owner in the days leading up to or during. I tried to find original contract I’d signed but couldn’t find it from my emails because it was a private company contract and not vrbo- here’s to hoping I didn’t miss anything.

Amazing
The condo is beautiful with beach decor, it’s very inviting and close to the best pool and close to the beach. We are seniors with walking issues and it was very easy to walk the resort grounds. The views from both balconies were amazing sunsets and fun watching the surfers. We would definitely stay again.

Was a nice place to stay, had everything we needed for our vacation.
The patrol office building was a bit hard to find, then the parking lot next to it had signs up saying spot was closed however that's where we needed to park. Other than that the facility was nice!

My husband and I have stayed in several condos in North Coast Village since the birth of our youngest grandchild eleven years ago. Four out of six visits have been spent in an available penthouse condo. This year’s visit has us seriously considering abandoning Indiana winters for Oceanside, California.

Oceanside getaway
Great location to the ocean and downtown restaurants and shops. Unit had nice views of the ocean from the two balcony’s. The condo complex is well maintained and offers a nice pool and jacuzzi!

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at this property during our annual Family trip (before children go back to school). This individual property was a great fit for us. The overall property ammenities are plentiful and a great mix of things to do to have fun and stay busy.

The accommodations for a group of 6 was perfect! There are toys & chairs in the closet for the beach as well as towels. Laundry is close and easy to freshen up towels. We are looking forward to another visit.

Amazing community, beautiful rental, great value
We've stayed at North Coast Village three times before, and D-305 was exactly what we've come to hope for in a vacation there with only one exception: the whole D building was without power (which was apparently planned in advance for some maintenance/updating of the electrical system) for one entire day while we were there, and the owner/management company did not let us know in advance that this would be the case, nor did they offer any assistance or recompense for the inconvenience of having to alter plans for the day (as well as to help preserve the food we had bought for our week's stay.) Other than that, the place was comfortable, roomy, beautifully appointed, clean, and a great value and location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
The property is in a perfect location and is super cute. There were lots of upgrades. The only downside were the showers. They seem to have seen better days and really need either some re-caulking or to be redone. The wouldn't deter me from staying again, but upgraded showers would make the place perfect! The views from the balcony were amazing.

Above and beyond accommodations and amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and inviting. Every possible amenity was included. The kitchen had everything needed for entertaining. The two patios were a bonus!

Family Getaway for the Holiday
This condo is in a nice location, was easy to find, and met all our basic needs. However, the living room seating and arrangement is inadequate and uncomfortable to watch television for more than 3 people. The electrical seems inadequate as well. The condo sleeps 6 and there are 2 bathrooms. But, using 2 hairdryers at the same time pops the circuit breaker. There are no electrical outlets by the bed upstairs and outlets are generally difficult to access. Check-in was very good. However, the key drop for check-out was hard to find. There is parking in the building. The parking spaces are very tight.

Fantastic unit at North Coast Village!
We've stayed at several North Coast Village units and this has been our favorite by far. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, and well stocked for all our cooking and beach lounging needs.

Great Location
This was a gem. Locations and access to beach easy. View was spectacular. Amenities also a plus with the Keurig and resting space. Only bummer is the fuse blew too man at times running a standard blow dryer. Had to have a person standing by the box to flip as it shut down multiple times from each bathroom. Didn’t cause me an issue, but wife and daughter delayed their preparations A bit Otherwise, great.

Family vacation
Loved this unit!! Clean, spacious, and great views from the decks. We also loved that there is plenty of beach equipment like boogie boards, chairs, coolers, and more! Only thing we didn’t have was ping pong paddles/balls for use of the tables in the public area, but there was plenty of other things to do so not a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.
