“The complex is amazing, has a pool and hot tub, as well as nearby restaurants just over the bridge. There's also a really cool area where the water is calm and you can walk through to the marina and restaurants.”

“Overall, the place and the stay was fantastic. Great location and access to the beach. Everything was very enjoyable until the last night - the group staying below us was a little loud with music and talking late into the night - but the ocean muted some of it. Overall, a great little get away.”

“As pictured- lots of beach supplies which was awesome wagon was a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Weird smell in stairs to loft- I’m allergic to scents and couldn’t find it to unplug it. There was no communication book/binder offering suggestions or directions on Checkout compared to other places we’ve stayed here. No reminder or connection reach out from owner in the days leading up to or during. I tried to find original contract I’d signed but couldn’t find it...

“Location was great. The online photos were accurate. The unit was clean. Important to know what is provided and not provided. There were noisy families several days/nights that affected our enjoyment.”

“The stay was good for us as a couple. A nice view from the balcony and close to the ocean and pier, and most restaurants. Used the Circuit ride share which was convenient. The only issue was not having hot water, which was not resolved, even the next day when we left, so couldn't take two showers.”

“Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. ”

“We were on our first girls getaway. Myself with my daughter and granddaughter. Location was amazing, loved the 2 minute walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. Loved having a wagon available to tote all our things to the beach. Only negatives. I wish the shower curtain was longer, it was hard to keep it inside the shower. And finding the unit and parking spot was tricky initially. But once we did, had no problems at all. ”

“Was visiting a friend in Oceanside and found this property right on the beach. Everything about the property was great. Nick was very responsive with any questions. Be aware, this unit is not one of the units that has access to one of the three decks facing the ocean but it was a 30 second walk down the stairs to have direct beach access. Next time I visit Oceanside, I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed here with our family and five children ages 4-14. Plenty of room, beds were comfy, and everything was newly updated. The home was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions about parking and the unit before and during arrival, and the Host quickly got back to us. The host sent a link to a professional landing page with all the information needed to check in, park, and get around the area. I highly recommend it and plan to stay again.
