My moms 86th birthday
Celebrated my mom’s 86th birthday at Pelican for a week. My siblings, grown grandchildren, & great grands joined us. Beautiful rooms, rockers on both porches, the beach, a swing and a long table to gather. The pelicans were a plus. Thank you. Memories were made

50th Anniversary celebration
We needed a large house to accommodate our family when we traveled to Biloxi to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. This house was perfect. It afforded us privacy, space, every comfort imaginable and a private beach! We will absolutely use this property again when we visit our Gulf Coast family.

Family time
Wonderful time with family. Weather wasn't great, but it was a good time. My only concern was the 10 o’clock check out time, that was really stressful for me. Also having to bring all the linens down stairs to the laundry area bothered me. I like to leave a place looking good, with all linen in the floor of the laundry room, made me feel like i had left it in total disarray!!!!

Right on the beach
We loved staying here. It is right on the beach. The “road” you have to cross is really a the size of a gold cart path. It is literally 25 steps from bottom of the stairs to the beach. Such a beautiful view from the front porches. Private beach was perfect. We love natural beaches. Our two labs loved swimming in the gulf as well. A/C worked great. All you need is there. Beach chairs were great.

Great Getaway!!!
Great communication with Sue who made this renting of this property smooth. We were amazed at the size of the rooms. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our means and even make cupcakes. Kitchen is updated and oven is great. Walking distance to beach is a huge plus. My boys love to fish and they could go back and forth. Plenty of parking. Cannot say enough about the location. Quiet, but then we went into Biloxi if we wanted seafood and recreation for all ages. I would recommend renting this spacious house.

Family Vacation
The house was very nice and the private beach was awesome. Everything was pretty much perfect. The only thing I might recommend is maybe turn the hot water tanks up so the water gets a little bit hotter. It was warm but not hot. Not everyone likes hot water in the shower but I do. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Getaway!
We did a large family vacay, which included 12 people including 3 generations. EVERYONE loved it!! The house fit all of us and had nice big spaces for gathering and eating. The beach is PRIVATE and it’s beautiful. This is not clear water but it is clean water. We swam and hung out on the beach everyday during our 5 day stay. I have never stayed in such a great location for this price. You are steps from the beach. We fished in the back of the house and in the ocean out front. The kids caught a lot of fish and had a great time. The town of Ocean Springs was about a 25 minute drive and they have anything and everything you need. I highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet secluded stay. The host was also great and answered all of our questions.

Great Getaway
Great place to get away. Not far from Biloxi, restaurants, and entertainment. Host was great. Place is well cared for and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend. It is isolated so you will have peace and quiet while enjoying the beach or walking on the road and enjoying nature.

Great place. Plenty of room for large numbers.
Had a blast. Alot of stairs but worth every step. The private beach is nice. You don't have to worry about getting the good spot. Large living an dinning space for everyone to gather.

Would Definitely Book Again
This was one of my best VRBO experiences to date. First off, Susan was fantastic. She was readily available any time we needed her, and was extremely kind. The house it sent sits directly across The street from the beach, with nothing but ocean and sand in front of you. The sunsets from the front port were stunning in March, and the little river in the back was a great view as well. The two main bedrooms have perfect views of the ocean, which can be seen from almost any point in the house. The house itself was very clean and came with everything we needed. Check in was a code/lock box, and check out was the same. The area is VERY secluded and quiet. Very little activity from nearby houses, and far away from the crowded beaches. In fact, we didn’t see another person on the beach in our 3 night stay. The only downside was the house was a little bit “too remote” (if you can really call that a downside when you’re at the beach…), so we had a hard time booking Ubers/Lyfts to/from the house to go anywhere. Lots of great golf courses nearby, and about 20-30 minute drive from all of the big casinos in Biloxi. We will be back!!

Quiet and serene
The property is located in a secluded area just outside Ocean Springs and about a 20 minute drive from retailers like Walmart and Starbucks. It is quiet there, like super quiet, like I want to get away from everyone and everything quiet. The internet is slow, which is kind of the point, put away your devices for a second and enjoy time with your loved ones instead of consuming pixels at the speed of 5G. There is a huge dining room table, we filled it with board games and enjoyed the time together while enjoying a gorgeous view of the Mississippi coast. The smell of the sea and the sounds of the ocean are immersive. The sunrise is breathtaking and the breeze keeps the air moving. It is a fantastic place to get away and relax. The beds are standard sizes and comfortable with a good apportionment of blankets and pillows, above hotel standards and I have stayed in allot of hotels. If you are expecting Alaska king size beds to accommodate your excessive need to do somersaults while sleeping, probably not for you. Remember that this is the Mississippi coast, and not the Bahamas. The last thing we expected when renting this property was a swimmable beach with Crystal blue waters, this is not that. If you enjoy long walks on a powder sand beach with the sound of the ocean, a gentle breeze, and fantastic views, this is the place for you. If you want to frolic in the surf with your kids and take sick pics of your luxury lifestyle for the gram, probably not the right spot. Do your research. We would happily recommend this property to the type of vacationers who are looking to unplug, connect with their family, and enjoy some time in seclusion. 10 out of 10 would visit again.

Secluded Beach House
We rented the house for our family, 7 adults, 1 infant and dogs. House was perfectly set up with an open kitchen/ dining area/living room so we were altogether. Bedrooms were spacious and private. Beach area was nice. It’s in a small secluded area, very quiet and peaceful but only 15-20 minutes away from stores and activities. Only downside was a slow internet connection but hotspots solved that problem. Would highly recommend.
