I don't believe one of the best Hotels in th area
"Excellent the staff service in the room.
The worst and dangerous thing is the lack of cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen. People touching the food with their hands contaminating everything, very dirty kitchen. On the other hand, the food is good, but you run the risk of getting an intoxication.
Thank you for the Gym room, but another danger to personal health. Zero ventilation, no fan to recycle air room, the windows cannot be opened, there is no cleaning (for four days the same empty bottles there, dirty towel and hotel slippers), in short they do not disinfect anything.
The best is the staff, rooms and restaurant, always waiting help. They look tired because they work long hours day and possibly 7/7 week.
I don't know if I would go back, but there is no other better option at the moment. I hope they improve with the cleaning issue, it would be a great step. Thank you."
