“We stayed a night in the Atlantic Birches Inn and it was lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The grounds overall are very peaceful and serene, and a very short walk to the pier and beach. The breakfast provided was very thoughtful, and the staff was kind. The bed was very low to the ground which was the only weird thing, but overall it was comfortable and I slept great, so not a dealbreaker. I will definitely be back. ”

“This is a lovely B&B. The hosts have thought about everything that makes your stay so very special. The beds were comfortable, the shower water was hot, the other guests were enjoyable and The breakfast was delicious. They offer bikes to ride. We enjoyed the community spaces and loved the fire pit with our own s’more kits. I highly recommend The Waldo Emerson!! I’m hopeful to return sooner than later. ”

“The 1802 House is a charming bed and breakfast in beautiful Kennebunkport. Juliana welcomed us and was a truly wonderful host. The inn is lovely and breakfast was top rate. Our only complaint is that our stay was so short! We would absolutely stay at The 1802 House again when in Kennebunkport amd would recommend a stay there to family and friends. ”

“The absolute star if the show here is the inn owner Kathy! She is very knowledgeable about the area and even pointed out a great yarn shop down the road as she knew I was a knitter. The breakfasts were all unique, delicious and cooked to order each day with lots of fresh herbs.
