Great Family Vacation
We had a perfect getaway on the bay. The place is not only in the perfect location in the building (no need to wait for the elevator!) but a great location in OC. Everything that we needed was there so we didn’t have to go food shopping right away. The sunsets were beautiful, went fishing and crabbing right outside. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice condo on the bay.
Nice condo, well appointed, nice decor, perfect location. Maybe needs a small portable fan in each bedroom, a TV in the second BR. But a really nice condo to stay in.

Beautiful views!
The photos don’t do this gorgeous condo justice. The water views are spectacular. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the community pool. Tim was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back next year. Please let us know when we are able to book as it seems dates are not available yet for next summer.

Amazing Views!
Had a great vacation at this condo! Exceptional views from almost every room! Nicely and comfortably furnished, amazing balcony! Kitchen provided everything we needed. Conveniently located to everything but affords some peace and quiet. Fishing or crabbing off the dock and a very nice clean pool. Couldn’t of asked for more.

Short get away.
Perfect location on the bay. Extremely nice neighbors. Unit was clean enough but is in need of a deep clean (carpets, wall touch ups, mirrors) soon. Short drive to the 94th street beach or about 15/20 minute walk. We drove with littles. Park & Acme are both close. We had a great stay!

The view was beautiful and as pictured. Cleanliness of property was perfect. Bed was very uncomfortable, slept on couch all 4 nights. A quiet and serene getaway.

Beautiful Location & Perfect Space
The pictures did not do this unit justice. It was a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay and sunsets. Close enough to all the hot spots but far enough for peace and quiet. The pull out sofa was very comfortable which is always surprising! Would recommend this unit to family and friends.

Weekend in OCMD
Overall the property was fine. It had what it said it was going to have. However, there were a lot of miscellaneous items in the closet such as paint cans, sheets with paint on them, etc. In the twin bedroom one dresser drawer was broken and there was no ceiling light. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and nearby a coffee shop and restaurants which we enjoyed. Management was the biggest issue. There was poor communication on how to enter our property. An email was sent to the wrong email address with our code to get in but we were just assuming the information was going to be provided through the VBRO website. The phone number to call was incorrect as well and we had to call VRBO directly. In addition it was not straight forward to get in as you had to turn the handle up vs down. This delayed us getting into the property by 30-40 minutes which caused a lot of stress to start our trip.

Beautiful!
Location is incredible with bay views from the balcony! The place was very clean upon arrival and the 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer were a plus! It’s about a 20 min walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, however some improvements needed.
It took almost 30 min to open the door. We thought we have wrong combination. We tried to contact the number provided, no response till today. Luckily after 30 min of struggle we opened the door. The door has some mechanical problems. It needs immediate attention. We were surprised that nobody contacted after 3 days at least to ask if we got access to the property. The property is good, nice panaromic bayview with plenty of space. Beautiful swimming pool.It was clean and tidy. However please bring your own bed stuff like pillow covers , bedsheets, blankets etc. Overall good experience. I will recommend this to family and friends. 😊

Willing to stay there again
The property was very clean. I always bring my own cleaning products and I didn’t even have to use it. The view was amazing. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. And the neighborhood is very quiet. And it’s very close to the water sports. It was a great weekend getaway.

Perfect for sibling weekend!
Beautiful view, large dining/living/deck area. Perfect for a group of five for a quick three day beach trip. Way more kitchen equipment than I expect from a rental property which was great when cooking all meals!
