There was a roach crawling in the kitchen . Roach eggs under the cabinet. Outdated property and need new coffee table it all buckled from moisture.

short family get together
We loved the location - ocean was too cold to swim in though, which was disappointing. Also - the ad said GORGEOUS views but I could see neither sunset or sunrise from my unit. That was also a little misleading. But overall nice stay to see the fam.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! DISGUSTING!
This unit was an immense disappointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There isn't a 4th bedroom...it's a paper door. There's no closet in "the room". The window panels were missing from 2 bedrooms so we all slept in one room the first night because people walking in the hallway could just look in. The unit is DATED! It needs a facelift. It smells. There is mold on the blue bedroom ceiling. I'm sure they will paint over it. The closet door fell off when we touched it. Bathrooms are just gross. We asked to leave and were told we couldn't get refunded. RIDICULOUS! You can stay at the Ashore hotel for half the price. It's so much nicer, cleaner and doesn't have the disgusting smell. Our vacation was ruined. DON'T RENT THIS UNIT!

Nice place to stay
We had a great time staying at this unit in Sea Watch. We had 5 adults and 4 toddlers and could make the 3 upstairs bedrooms work. It’s roomy enough downstairs for the kids to play and they loved the playground, movie theater and kiddie pool as did the adults along with the indoor and outdoor pool. We could not use the section downstairs with the bunk beds as a bedroom because the blinds would not work to darken the room and prevent people from looking into the room if standing on the walkway outside the unit to view the bayside. I would have given 5 stars except for the blinds issue and not having the ability to lock the entry door from the inside to prevent toddlers from opening the door on their own and going out. Would have been nice to have a sliding bolt or chain on the inside of the door to prevent that.

An early stay
It was a nice stay. Some painting needs to be done to keep it looking clean. The bedroom with the slider to the outside needs bed replaced. The sofa really needs to be replaced. It was horrible looking at the stains. Especially the butt stain. Other than that it was a lovely stay. A bit early as the ice cream shop was not open. The inside pool was closed for repair.

2 night stay
There were 10 of us on this mini vacation. We were comfortable in the two floor unit. Great view of Ocean City. Condo is beachfront and has an indoor pool, arcade and outdoor playground. Lots of things for kids to do! Hope to come back soon.

Fabulous for Girlfriend Weekend!
The view from this penthouse was exquisite! We watched sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. The living areas were so welcoming and comfy... Beds were nice too. This place was so cozy we decided to order in, instead of go out to dinner one night. The property has an indoor swimming pool, a game room and a theater where we chose a movie and had our own screening. Such fun! Food, shopping and groceries were all within walking distance. We'll definitely be coming back.

Our overall stay was great. The unit was spacious to accommodate our family and the amenities were great. Only comment would be the unit itself could use some updating. Other than that the property host was very responsive when I had questions during our stay. Would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good location
Spending time with family is always a blessing so we absolutely had a great time , I feel like the cleaning crew could absolutely do a better job , their were towels but no washcloths , if they could update the property that would be perfect , other than that it’s a great location the beach is there and with it being the summer the pool was super crowded and it’s not that big either , but once again we did enjoy our stay .

Winter getaway
We rented from December 27-January 1, 2023. This property has everything you could possibly need and/or want. Best of all is the views, morning sunrise and evening sunsets, from most of the condo. Absolutely stunning!! Plenty to keep busy on cold days and the beach is just steps away. Our party enjoyed the private movie theater and indoor pool on the cooler days. Bring lots of change for the arcade!! Overall 100% recommend staying here. We will most definitely return for another winter getaway!!

AMAZING
We have been going to ocean city for 9 years and this was our favorite property so far. It is absolutely beautiful, from the decor , the privacy being a corner room, the view, the cleanliness to the personalized welcome sign from the owners. Went with teenagers and they were so happy to the have their own space. The layout is perfect, and we will definitely try again next year for same property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great beach option for large family
We had seven staying, including two teenagers. Bedrooms were easy to deal with, everything was actually very easy. If there’s one thing to be aware of, it’s that elevator waits can be long, but definitely not the fault of the owner. Just difficult with someone who has mobility issues and really can’t do stairs. That being said, great vacation property, and you get both a beach AND bay view! Delightful, everyone wants to come back. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Condo
My family and I (7 total), we're very comfortable at this beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The weather was not ideal for the beach, luckily there's an indoor pool, game room and even a small theater on the property. We will definitely be trying to book once the warmer weather is here to stay!

Wonderful experience for first timer
I really wanted to go somewhere for my 26th birthday and was scrambling last minute to find a place. My mom suggested Vrbo and this property immediately caught my eye because it was affordable and beachfront. The property was on the top floor and accommodated all 7 of my party comfortably. The best part of my experience was how easy it was to communicate with the owner because he was very quick to respond. Literally the only suggestion me and my party would make is to put maybe 3 more rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom lol but I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to return.

Great location
The place was very clean and as described. It was my first time in OC and the duplex was near all the apartments buildings, restaurants, grocery store. Nevertheless, the kitchen can take some improvement. There are very few pots to cook and the cooktop is not in its best shape. We planned to stay in for dinner, but after our first meal we decided to go out. The bed linen is 100% polyester, i can understand why, but it would be nice if it was cotton based. The shower works well, not the highest pressure though. We were in 11 people and there was enough space in the living area for all of us. Every sitting area has its own tv, which helps to disperse the people. The view is beautiful. If I have to go back to OC, I would consider staying there again.
