“Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe neighborhood. Down sides, hot water heater barely lasted through one shower, the icemaker didn’t work, no blankets, front door light bulb and master bedside lamp burned out w/no replacements, no nearby grocery store as Winn Dixie closed. WiFi information was incorrect, we searched and found a router with the correct information. I feel just a few updates and the property will be perfect. We enjoyed our stay!”

“After going through 2 hurricanes and really should have cancelled our trip we decided to go anyway as it was much needed. Jonathan revised the dates to one day later to accommodate our "storm" dilemma, no questions asked - he even messaged to say we could check in early and sent the door code. “We rented this property to be in close proximity to the Rainbow River. The house is wonderfully appointed and has everything you need - including a beautiful pool overlooking a green space area. The house is very cozy and accommodated our family perfectly. Great neighborhood with wonderful walking trails and friendly neighbors. I would highly recommend this property.”

“We came to the area to visit our daughter and needed a place to stay nearby. This was way more convenient for us that Gainesville or Ocala. The area was beautiful. We took several walks. The house was quaint, well decorated and comfortable. As with any old house, there may be some creature comforts missing but that was not a big deal for us. We would definitely stay again.”
