Our group NEVER plans to stay here again. Between the dusty windowsills, cobwebs everywhere, and a DEAD MOUSE left in a trap, it was as if the place haven’t been cleaned in forever. The mouse was also next to other traps, so we had a hunch that there might be a rodent issue at this location. The LEAST the cleaning crew could have done is take out the old mouse and reset the traps.
The most irritating part was that the oven DID NOT WORK. We brought food to cook, so having a broken oven was extremely inconvenient. We called the housing company on the first night and they told us that someone from maintenance would check it out the following morning. Maintenance NEVER arrived. We made sure to remain in contact for updates all day, but they continued to tell us that they could not provide updates. By the time we left, no one from maintenance ever showed up and most meals had to be improvised. Absolute abhorrent customer service.
Another major issue was that the frame of a queen bed was broken, so we had to move the mattress to the floor to allow two people to sleep in it.
The remaining issues were relatively minor, but still made our stay unpleasant. The fireplace did not work. Multiple drawers in the fridge/freezer were broken and would nearly fall out of place. One room falsely advertised that there was a king bed + double sofa bed (but there was no double sofa bed in that room). There were more issues to address, but this review has a character limit.
