A few minutes outside of Sandusky, the rooms are simple yet comfortable and the grounds are a lovely place to relax, be it outside with the porches, pavilions, and firepits, or in one of the shared spaces inside. “This is a bit of a rant in addition to a review. Sorry to clutter up the review but it seems relevant to add context. We were in town for the Ironman Triathlon and chose the unit primarily for location - which was perfect - right next to Athlete Village and all race activities. First off, the unit is a bit mislocated as the street address and listing is on W. Water Street but actually it is a first-floor unit opening onto W Shoreline Dr. which was perfect for our purposes. “My husband & I were in Sandusky to meet up with family for a visit to Cedar Point. We chose this location because it is in walking distance to the cute downtown bars & restaurants and the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and in the perfect spot to go out for a walk to the Paddle Bar and to breakfast at the Waffle place in the covered Market. Amazing! And the house and condo were so perfect - stylish, had everything we needed and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. We will definitely stay here...
