“On our 10 day stay, we were first assigned a suite with a couple of issues (noise, inconvenient bathroom design etc -thus 4 stars instead of 5.) So we asked to change rooms. It took a couple of days but the staff was able to provide us a similar suite which suited us much better. In all, the accommodations were quite good, every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. - all excellent. ”
